Wish I could give no stars.. useless customer service.. basically scammers DONT waste any money with this site

I went through all the refund application you mention in reply didn’t work… but managed to claim back money though bank as you had no permission to take it in first place.. scam

I have been trying to cancel my Lisa AI subscription for a long time, but I keep receiving the same automated instructions.

My account shows “Basic Plan” and there is no cancellation option. Zotlo cannot find my payment, and Apple subscriptions do not show Lisa AI either.

On 14 October 2026, I was charged another PLN 129.90. Your support team previously promised to escalate my case to a manager, but I still have no confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.

Please manually locate my subscription, cancel it immediately, confirm that no further charges will be taken, and review my refund request.

I need an actual resolution, not another copy of the same instructions.

A scam!!! I made a one-time payment for a video of a dancing dog, and they tried to charge my account for a subscription I never authorized. I’ve already contacted my bank, and it’s been reported as a scam!!!

I had a stressful experience with LisaAI after being charged $49.90 CAD for a subscription I did not intend to purchase. I initially struggled to get a response from support, which made the process quite frustrating. However, after reaching out through Instagram, Hannah acknowledged my concern and Tom eventually helped cancel my account and issue the refund. I appreciate Tom for resolving the issue and keeping me informed. The refund is now being processed and I’m waiting for it to reflect in my bank account. Overall, I’m glad the issue was addressed, but I hope LisaAI improves its communication and makes its subscription terms clearer to avoid similar experiences for other customers.

ich habe auch 0,99 Cent gezahlt, dachte ein lustiges Video von meinem Hund zu erstellen. App funktionierte überhaupt nicht und dann sofort nachgeschaut ob ein verstecktes Abo war. Mein Handy hat unter Abos nichts angezeigt. Heute bekam ich über Paypal die Meldung, das mir 34,99 von Lisa AI abgebucht wurden. Sofort bei Paypal als Problem gemeldet. Hoffe das Geld wird mir erstattet. Sorry werde im Netz nichts mehr anklicken oder testen, alles nur Abzocke und Betrug.

Ich kann vor dieser App nur absolut warnen, hier wird auf alles verzichtet, was rechtens ist: ein Produkt für eigentlich 0.99 CHF wird zur monatlichen Abo-Falle für mindestens 34.90 CHF, von der man sich nicht mehr abmelden kann. Der Abmelde-Link ist nicht erreichbar und Support-Emails kommen als unzustellbar zurück. Das 0.99 CHF Video war in sehr schlechter Qualität.

SCAM AVOID. I thought it was paying 99p to view a single video which i have not received or viewed. Once I had paid the 99p I then received confirmation of signing subscription which would start in 3 days. The monthly subscription is £34.90 per month which I can not afford and I was unaware that I was signing up to this. I messaged and emailed Lisa ai as soon as I realised my error via the support team I received a message back with instructions on how to cancel by going to my account. The option of manage my subscription were not available. They said this may be because of it being within 24 hours or setting up. I tried again over the following days before the end of the 3 days and before a payment was taken with out success. I tried to contact them via message and email. I was told my case would ne forwarded on to a manage and I would hear back within 24 hours, this did not happen. The payment came out of my account and I have been trying to get a refund since. I was able to cancel the subscription via Zotio and their support team sent me a link to a refund form with Lisa ai. I tried to complete this form but was unable to submit it as it said there was no active subscription found. I have contacted both Lisa ai and Zoti support again today. Lisa ai said it would be forwarded on to a manager again and I will received a response within 24 hour. A few minutes later I received the same instructions as last week on how to cancel my subscription. I am going round and round in circles with out any progress. I just want my money back. I am feeling very frustrated.and angry over this situation.

Complete con . Paid 99p for a pet video - there was no mention that by paying this one off charge I would be subscribing and paying much more each week . I did not receive a video however a subscription was started . I have tried to cancel - we will see whether that works . Dodgy

Don’t touch this app with a barge poll. Absolute con. They advertise on social media with a full length pet dance video when actually what you pay for is only a few seconds. They don’t respond to the chat and the app doesn’t work and they just try to con you out of money you then can’t spend.

Response to their response: it’s no good asking people to message through instagram if they aren’t on it. Instead you should respond through the contact us on your app or make clear that you aren’t reachable or responsive through that and how to contact. I got a response saying I would hear back in 24 hours from a manager and nothing days later. And the coins dont work I tried to spend mine and instead got charged for more which o cant spend either. Total con.

I find it unacceptable that, instead of addressing the substance of my complaint and providing a satisfactory resolution, the company is now questioning the authenticity of my experience.

I am prepared to provide supporting documentation, including payment records, screenshots and correspondence.

I respectfully request that Trustpilot assess my review impartially and ensure that legitimate negative customer experiences are not removed simply because they are inconvenient for the company concerned.

I stand by my review and expect my consumer rights to be respected.

To jakieś oszustwo. Wczoraj, tj. 8.10.2026r., wrzuciłem do tej aplikacji zdjecie aby powstała moja sylwetka, tańczącą taniec młodego Rosjanina. Po pierwszej wpłacie, przez stronę, BLIK'iem, pobrało 3 PLN a filmiku nie wygenerowało ... zapłaciłem jeszcze raz, znów pobrało 3 PLN - Blik, ponownie nie ma filmiku. Odpuściłem, bo nie subskrybowałem tej aplikacji i poszedłem dalej, 6 PLN, to nic nie znaczy ... dzis oglądam bilans konta w banku, no i zabrało mi 2 x 3 PLN i
2 x 129 PLN ... dziękuję za takie przeróbki 🖕

Proszę o usunięcie subskrypcji na kocie user21553174, mimo tego że chciałam anulować subskrypcję na profilu wciąż widnieje status premium. Nie chce kontynuować tej subskrypcji.

I want my money back!!!! This is FRAUD, the app offered me a free trail so I did it then cancelled straight away and they have still been taking money of me for months!!!!! I want all my money back before I take this further so you better reply!!!!

I should’ve known better than to click on a social media ad. Thought it would be a bit of fun to have a video of my dog dancing. Needless to say the video never materialised. When I discovered where it was meant to be on their unnavigable website, the apparent video remained buffering indefinitely. I asked for a refund but after the statutory period they state I was refused. I have to assume this is a complete scam. Awful company who clearly do not have a grasp of AI, but maybe that was never their area of expertise. Swindling money out of people it’s probably their primary focus.

Honestly, this feels like a planned scam. They know exactly what they are doing. It took 24 hours just to receive my video, apparently because they are so overloaded, and when it finally arrived, the quality was nothing special either. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

What frustrates me most is that management seems to act as if they have no idea about the problems and customer complaints, despite the many people reporting similar experiences. That is hard to believe. These are not isolated issues anymore.

The whole experience leaves me with the impression that the business model is designed to take customers' money while delivering a disappointing service and then acting surprised when people complain. The long waiting times and mediocre results make the whole thing even worse.

Save your money and read the negative reviews before paying. Based on my experience, I would give Lisa AI zero stars if I could. Absolutely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
