Downloaded and used for a trial, deleted the app. Very unclear processes around deletion/ cancellation which I now realise is intentional. No way to log back into the account and like all apps, once deleted you (falsely) assume that is it. Not here. Secretly charging monthly fees with no communication via email to confirm it. I was relieved to see the were directing people to instagram on here to resolve but on messaging I’ve been told they won’t refund as I didn’t notice quick enough! Very polite staff member on instagram I will say, but their offer to ‘resolve issues’ on this thread via this method is not a true representation.
Do not make the same mistake I have. This company is not to be trusted. It is in their model to make cancellation vague and unclear so they can keep charging you under your nose until you notice through your bank, then blame you!

We’re really sorry this experience felt this way, that’s not what we want for anyone using the app.
Just to clarify what happened on your case, the subscription itself wasn’t cancelled at the time, the account was deleted. Those are handled separately, which is why the billing continued. As soon as you reached out to us a few months later, we found the correct account and cancelled everything immediately, so no further charges could happen.
We were in contact with you on Instagram and email and did our best to guide you through it and explain what happened.
We completely understand the expectation that deleting an account should stop everything, and based on feedback like yours, we’ve already updated the system so users can now log back into deleted accounts and manage subscriptions directly.
Regarding refunds, we do review and help where possible, especially when users reach out early. In this case, the request came several months after the charges started, which is why it fell outside of our refund policy.
We do genuinely take feedback like this seriously, and it has directly led to improvements on our side.

This app uses misleading subscription practices.
I only signed up for a 0.99 € trial and deleted my account, yet I was charged 19.99 € twice afterwards. Even worse, I contacted support before the second charge, but they still processed another payment.
Customer support keeps asking for the same information repeatedly and then refuses to issue a refund, hiding behind their “30-day policy” even in a clearly unauthorized recurring payment case.
This feels very deceptive and unprofessional.
I had to escalate the issue through my bank.
Be very careful before entering your card details.

Warning! This app is a SCAM. I created a free account just to try it out. After testing it, I cancelled the entire account approximately two hours after creating it. Despite this, they have been charging my bank account for 3 months and their support does not respond.
After your reply:
I really don't understand why you continue to charge for the subscription after I DELETED my account. It makes no sense to charge a customer who has DELETED their account. Logically, they probably no longer want to use your services.
It is also not true that you responded immediately to my request. I sent you an email on February 5. You ignored this email and only responded after I wrote several reviews and posted several negative comments on your Facebook page. This happened on April 13, which is more than two months after my first request for you to stop the automatic charges from my credit card. Only then did you start communicating!

Willfully shady
I saw a transaction on my credit card from a company I didn't recognise. I Googled it, turns out it's some retailer of playground equipment right across the border from me. That's weird, so I blocked my card. Only to find out it was from Lisa AI, a service that I - to my knowledge, only made a one-off payment for. I cancelled immediately, shocked to see I was a premium member. Thanks to this kind of vagueness I will now need to set up my new credit card (that will arrive in 2 weeks) for every service I use it for. It was UNCLEAR this was a subscription service. I had also tried their terrible app, at least there you can just get out of their subscription trap with Google. I wonder how many people have a subscription to both their website as their app without knowing about it or how to stop it. I despise this lack of transparency, legal or not.
I've had quite the financial setback lately thanks to a bunch of mistakes having happened, I'm still waiting for them to get settled. Which means I don't have the money to wait for this charge to be returned to me. Thanks a bunch. I'll just stick with making my own drawings.

Bei mir liefs über Paypal. Ich bin direkt am gleichen Tag in neinen paypal account und dort sah ich dass es ein Abbo war. Ich have es dann dort sofort gekündigt. Paypal bestätigt das mit einer Email und ich sollte nochmal dem App Hersteller kündigen. Habe ich dann per Email formal gemacht: support@zotlo'punkt'com. ich hoffe es funktioniert so
