Same as others please do not use this app. Paid the 99p for the download which then ties you in to a payment of £34 a month which I can't afford. I've cancelled my subscription which I have evidence of but now worried they will try to take more money. My payment method is ApplePay so not sure what to do. If anyone can advise please help!

My 5 star is for the experience I had with the customer support I received from Tom. Unfortunately I did what most have done paid 0.99 thinking it was just for one video. I was unaware I had set up a subscription until 34.90 left my account. I contacted them on Instagram and the day after the account was cancelled and I had a refund. Tom was great in sorting this . If people are having issues cancelling or getting a refund a message on instagram will solve the problem. Thanks Tom!

To all the people saying they are trying to get their money back or delete their account, forget it. They make it impossible. They keep sending the same email over and over which doesn't work and then they still charge you. Best way to do it is through your bank.

Scam. I requested six times to cancel my subscription. They gave me five different instructions, none of which worked. All instructions were fradulent (sent me to settings or pages that didn't exist). I had to go through Apple Pay and revoke the pre-authorization to stop it, and put in a permanent merchant warning with my bank. I might have to cancel my credit card. They also operate as Lisa.my (text AI assistant), Zotlo, and Anonym Inc.

Misleading subscription and difficult cancellation
I signed up for what I believed was a trial, but I did not knowingly agree to a recurring monthly subscription. I was then charged for three months in a row.
The cancellation process was also unnecessarily difficult and confusing. It should be much clearer when a trial turns into a paid subscription, how much will be charged, and how to cancel before being billed.
This experience felt very misleading, especially since I don’t remember ever using the paid service.

This is a fraud
This is a fraud, please do not use the app. They have such a complicated cancellation procedure that you get charged even after you have cancelled the subscription on their app.
The charge comes from a third party payment provider and only once you cancel on the third party portal does it cancels.
When you reach out to their support they are not at all supportive.

LisaAi trying to get my reviews removed - SCAM
I keep getting emails from TrustPilot saying that I need to provide more info in order for my previous review to stay online. They are asking for my LisaAi order/ref number. I do not have a reference number as LisaAi took my money without sending me any confirmation email, reference number, contact details, website details, T&Cs. Absolutely nothing. The product I purchased was for one download. LisaAi replied to my last review saying that I purchased a trial. This is not the case. I clearly followed the steps for one download as advertised on the Instagram post. There was zero mention of a trial. In any case, even if I had purchased a trial there is no way of logging in for a ‘trial’ without paying again. There is no app download or login details and if I go back to the same post it asks me to pay for my ‘one download’ again. I have spoken to PayPal and they said that rather than the advertised one-off payment, they had set up a recurring payment. So if I hadn’t have called PayPal, this company would be taking money from me every month. TrustPilot - please stop asking me for further information. I don’t have it as it was never provided to me. PayPal said they would investigate from their side but meanwhile have blocked this company from taking my money. What a huge hassle and waste of time. LisaAi - stop leaving replies saying you will look into it. This is a total scam and you are only leaving a reply to look genuine.

Signed up for the "free trial" and was charged JPY 5,999/month after just a few days, with no clear price disclosure at sign-up and no reminder before conversion. Payment goes through a third-party processor (Zotlo), not the App Store, so you can't cancel from your iPhone subscriptions or get an Apple refund. If you try this app, find the Zotlo cancellation link immediately. Currently requesting a refund.

Appeared on my Instagram saying at the bottom 99p to create video of my dog singing. Only once purchased did I see the £34 monthly subscription which I immediately got cancelled.
