Everyone is knocking water companies at the moment but I have just had the most incredible customer service from Water2business. Jess Hodge, their customer service contact just got on and sorted out the problem, this resulted in a credit on my account! She even apologised for the very short delay in responding, I could not see any delay!! Please let us support great companies as not all water companies are bad.

Helpful and Knowledgeable customer service
Having called Water2Business with a query regarding VAT information that had not been given to them from our previous supplier .They firstly adjusted my invoice to show the correct information and billing and explained where the problem had occurred (No SIC codes had been entered on the system or given to them)and the importance of ensuring the water companies have the correct SIC codes for your business .

Quick work to address problem
I logged in to my account to find a copy of my bill. When I clicked the bill tab it returned "invalid request"
I followed the contact us procedure and when "submit" was pressed it returned "blocked". I had clicked that I was not a robot.
Water2Business were very helpful. It appears that the add-blocker was stopping the account working correctly. When it was turned off the account worked correctly.

Charlie Williamson - incredibly helpful and sorted out my query immediately. Charlie solved our mystery of locating our second water meter which has been puzzling us for some time. GOOD PROBLEM RESOLUTION
I'm glad to say that after Involvement of their help department all was resolved in good order. If they resolve all their issues in this manner then there is no reason not to use them in future. ( Original complaint -After moving from a building due to end of lease 3 years ago this company stopped charging us. However, 7 days ago I looked at the bank account and they had removed £321.14. When questioned they have no answer but so far have not repaid the money that was taken by DD.
They make a profit but overcharging us the user. Beware and do not use them unless you have to.)
