Friendly, knowledgeable call from Kelly-Anne
Had a follow-up phone call from Kelly-Anne today - we asked for a long redundant water meter to be disconnected and she called to confirm that this had been actioned. She was friendly but efficient - she knew her facts, and was really nice to engage with. I felt that I could ask questions and would receive the right answers. Came off the call feeling very positive.

I had limited information to instigate a COT but the Chloe was extremely helpful. She also arranged a meter reading as I was not provided with one. It great to speak to someone rather than complete online forms especially if you haven't been provided with all of the information required.

My heart usually sinks when I realise I have to speak to a Utility Company, as my many experiences of doing so have largely been poor. However, yesterday I spoke to Katie Doyle at Water2Business. She was friendly and incredibly helpful and managed to complete a task in 5 minutes that another Utility Company quoted up to 40 working days to complete! Great customer service and much appreciated.

Water2Business give you a 5 Star service
When you are a customer of Water2Business you get a 5 Star service. They had advised us to claim an allowance on our unexpectedly high bill because of a leak around the stop valve on our underground meter. They led us through the claim procedure & a few days later Alice O’Regan phoned with the good news of a 100% allowance for usage above normal. As is always our experience with Water2Business, Alice was very pleasant, polite, positive, well-informed & very helpful.

Great telephone service.
We've had issues with our water bills previously with Water2business, but I phoned up this time, spoke to Rachna Kumari who understood immediately what I wanted, did it, reset our online account that had been dormant, and all completed in under 5 minutes!
Gotta say I wasnt looking forward to dealing with it, but its surpassed all my expectations!

Fantastic Service
I was notified that we were due a refund from a previous property by the letting agent. I spoke to Wessex Water (Water2Business) and the customer service agent promised they would investigate; to be honest, I thought it would just disappear into the system.
But no! The wonderful Rachna Kumari came back to me today to say there's a cheque in the post. Just two days to process. Brilliant.

I had a problem with my Water Bill and…
I had a problem with my Water Bill and asked this to be explained back in May 24. On Friday spoke with a Extremely helpful Billing advisor by the name of Lauren Brumpton. Explained the situation and she listened and promised to call back around 3pm later the same day. To my surprise she called back within 2 hours with the answers to my query and a very satisfactory conclusion. It was great to talk to her and she done what she said she would and that is very rare is today's world. Well Done Lauren and Thank You.
