Schlechter Service an der Tagesordnung
Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so einen schlechten Service erlebt. Zwar war der Mitarbeiter freundlich, aber konnte nicht wirklich bei meinem Anliegen helfen. Durch einen dummen Fehler beim Einkauf wählte ich versehentlich ein Orion Dropship statt einem Ares Gunboad aus - beide Bausätze sind fast identisch und kosten das Gleiche. Sofort, als ich meinen Fehler bemerkte, meldete ich mich bei GW und fragte, ob dies korrigiert werden könnte und ich wie von mir beabsichtigt das Ares Gunboat bekommen könne. Dies wurde verneint, das System ließe dies nicht zu. Das war Punkt 1.
Zu Punkt 2: man könne mir nur eine Stornierung anbieten. Das war gegen 10 Uhr, und die Stornierung wurde laut Mitarbeiter sofort durchgeführt. Dann bekam ich nach 15:30 Uhr eine Nachricht, daß der Bestellungsprozess so weit fortgeschritten wäre, daß eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich wäre. Ich müsse warten, bis das Paket bei mir eintrifft, und es dann entweder zurücksenden oder bei einem Warhammer Store abgeben. Dann erst würde ich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Selten so gelacht - wie gesagt wären beide Bausätze fast identisch (abgesehen von ein paar Details am Heck). Der Sinn des ganzen Theaters erschließt sich mir nicht wirklich.
Noch Umständlicher ging es wirklich nicht. Eines steht fest: so eine Verkettung von Umständlichkeiten bei einem kleinen Fehler bei einer Bestellung habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
Update wegen der angeblich gefundenen Lösung des Mitarbeiters:
Das ist ja wohl der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit.
Diese "Lösung" wurde ganz sicher nicht mit dem Mitarbeiter von GW erarbeitet, sondern sie gründete einzig und allein auf meine eigene Entscheidung den fehlerhaft gelieferten Artikel doch zu behalten. GW hatte damit absolut gar nichts zu tun.
Schön zu sehen, wie hier Fakten verdreht werden, um sich selbst in ein besseres Licht zu setzen!

I've been a Warhammer+ subscriber only 2 months, but a Games Workshopper for over 50 years. Great company, awesome products, excellent community, superb customer service. Thanks GW for giving me an amazing childhood and adulthood!
I am very disappointed in the pre-order…
I am very disappointed in the pre-order system. On numerous occasions I have added merchandise to my account and went to pay only to be told the merchandise is no longer avaliable. This is within less than 3 minutes of product availability. The merchandise is the. Sold for 3-4 times the value on ebay. Why would you allow people to profit from your company due to poor logistics? Years ago, this was never an issue.

A warm and friendly store!
The store is great! Its well maintained, has a wide selection, and the owner is a blast to talk to. She was able to help me find what I needed and even though she didnt carry it in store she was able to help me place the order online. The store feels welcoming and there were lots of folks in the store painting and playing.

Politique du FOMO encore et toujours. Sortie à 11h, même pas une demie heure après rupture sur les articles les plus attendus. Sans oublier les prix toujours plus prohibitifs et la communication exécrable !
The service was great!
The service was great! I stopped in on a whim after a track meet, not thinking I would get anything as I was more interested in getting into the hobby, or at the very least, seeing what there was in store.
The staff was super polite! Talked me through everything related and even had trial areas where I got to see what the hobby was like before spending. Super accommodating to how I lacked a significant budget and helped me find units that matched!

Worst experience as a customer.
Worst experience trying to figure out where my package is. Send three emails one gets a response and any follow up is just a middle finger.
The attitude screams thanks for the money, best of luck figuring out anything.
Games workshop going above and beyond to be the worst possible experience you can have.
Two weeks? One reply? That’s a joke.
At this point my only option is a credit card dispute.

Edit: I had to call the United States customer service to get anywhere near of an idea to just to find out it was left out by the door and stolen.
Initial email was responded to regarding an initial question about the initial order but not the redirect order.
Upon following up on the email i received no reply, then proceeded to send further emails and still haven’t seen any reply until i reached out to US warhammer and was informed of the delivery.

They did ask to see a receipt from 6 months ago initially, but after getting witness proof of purchase from a store manager they gave me a new codex code
