Warhammer ist toll, aber der Shop muss überarbeitet werden!

Excellent customer service. I had a few issues over a very long period as a customer. Every single time the response was swift and instantly very helpful. The problem was usually solved upon the first reply due to action taken by the support.

Great staff at Warhammer Chatswood. Engaging and very friendly. Was even saluted as I collected my new Comissar Graves. 10/10 cannot wait for my next vist.

Your Fomo approach to new releases is just to difficult and disappointing... Products selling out while your checking out is not acceptable... Leaves a bitter taste...

Their support help me with my issue while the 3rd party retailer i bought their product from didn't even respond to my e-Mail or phone call

I had trouble ordering a certain item on their site, contacted customer service and they helped me right out with it!

My order was 3 months ago but it still says processing. I mean this is Games Workshop not some random online retailer. I can’t even get a reply from customer service.

GW have been a huge part of my life and they just go from strength to strength. Very easy to navigate website and always easy to purchase models. Thank you very much.

The website is strange to navigate if you've never ordered before; that being said, checkout is painless, and you're given several options for shipping or bundling orders.
The major problem I have is that I have to click through several pages to log into my WarHammer+ account. Every time I want to upload a code or redeem the mini. It's never upsetting as much as it is confusing and frusterating.

I’ve been trying to place an order for the past three days as the issues I’m facing have just been getting progressively worse. Initially I was just getting repeated “payment authorization failure” after approving the payment with my bank, and after calling customer service and following all of the troubleshooting tips (as this seems to be a common problem that has been going on for years) now I can’t even access my cart. When I go the start checking out the whole site glitches out and tells me “something went wrong”. I can’t even begin to checkout anymore. I wouldn’t really care, but I have $100 in vouchers on my account that I just cannot use because the website is so broken

I always had a good experience buying on the Warhammer website. When I had issues, the support was always very helpful!

Quick answer & they immediatly offered a nice and professionnal solution to my problem.

This is an excellent company with excellent products and genuinely attentive staff. I've never been into a shop and had a negative experience. The only issue with Warhammer is that they're expensive (for a student) - but that's also because they are not mass producing Chinese crap.
I hope they continue to grow and become more popular, and that I can help them do so (when I have the money) :):):)

I had to jump through so many hoops to put down an order because I could not make it to checkout on my regular account. I eventually managed to make the order, but I had to do so on a guest account on a different browser I had to install for that exact purpose, nothing else worked. There was no good reason for it not working.

I had to contact support with detailed descriptions and screenshots to get it working on my own account. The solution was to "re-sync my account", whatever that means in this case and why it caused this issue. Never has it been so difficult to give a company my money.

Enchalada: of all magic
Tomato Sauce and Tobasco, makes a passable enchalada sauce, or choose a store bought version. One can diced tomato (blended), mix well, and 1/4 cup tobasco. Add 1 can black bean, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Then fill tortilla, with this immortal sauce. Fold tortilla carefully, Both ends first, then the side folds over. Place on baking tray. Any extra sauce, and/or cheese, are added on top. You should get about 5-8 enchaladas. Cook at 325 degrees, for thirty five to fourty minutes.
I double this easily with a guest.
