Now the items have been deleted completely from the store and i wonder if this orders are delayed again or if they are cancelled completely.

Offering 15% off on a future order isn't a great solution to just not shipping half my order for a month then needing to be contacted to actually get my order.

Some items missing,others incorrect
I made an order of 4 items, but i only received 2 (1 of which was wrong) after reporting this i received a replacement for the incorrect item (which again was wrong) and nothing for the missing items. I was then given a voucher for the incorrect item but had to chase up the two missing, one of which still hasn't arrived.

I was able to have a proper conversation, investigation and resolution thanks to her. I was very happy to see that a generic script was not being forced or followed. Having people like her helps your company so much more than you know. You have quality merch and quality employees. It's so rare to find that these days. It creates a level of trust and confidence that is going to play a major reason in me making more purchases with the company.
Rosey handled this so well. I walking away with a great experience and no complications. I don't foresee future issues thanks to Rosey's help. If somehow one was to happen though....I will reach out knowing I'm going to get great service. If it is an option, I will include with my ticket that I would like Rosey to handle it.
So, to whomever receives this please be sure to give her the proper well earned recognition and support. You want more Rosey's. This was 5 star service with a 5 star employee.

NOT Warhammer quality
I thought they were Warhammer and therefore good quality. I was wrong. They are just licensed by them. The hoody i ordered was not only 7 cm smaller than advertised (apparently this is normal) it wasnt soft like mentioned. 7cm is a MASSIVE difference in sizes. They dont care. I did get a refund after paying £6 in delivery charges. They only reply to messages in the middle of the night and constantly repeat themselves as if AI.

Ordered a sweatshirt and month ago and it still says waiting order. I have reached out multiple times and have never heard back. If I put an item in the cart, I get 4 emails in 24 hours reminding me to buy their item. Absolute dog crap company with 0 customer care.

Ordered a beanie, took 3 weeks to deliver (I’m in the UK so no excuse), it fell apart, took a risk and ordered another to replace it incase I had washed it wrong, 3+ weeks and counting, contacted customer services, was told they would investigate and get back to me with 72 hours, chased again after 4 days, told they were still looking into it. Pretty pss poor tbh in this world of same/next day delivery…

Ordered on March 31st and still nothing as of April 12th.
Received a vague, unhelpful update on April 9th, but no real information about delivery or status. No proper communication, no transparency.

Fast and clear delivery service. E-mail information on every stage. I am glad that in the store I see prices given in the currency of my country. I am satisfied with the quality of the product. I'm sure I will order something again
Shipping Nightmare
While I ordered from the US store, two of my orders were processed through UK shipment coordinator EVRI. It has been a continuous nightmare of missing data with omission of US states, and packages being returned to the hub. I'm also trying to navigate their AI agent - whom informs me that international shipping takes time (when the tracking blatantly states error). It honestly would be easier to cancel my order at this point.
