Took a while to be acknowledged when I walked in. When I eventually was asked "How can I help?" it was done without a smile and clearly I was interrupting the two staff members going about their business, how inconsiderate of me!
I was charged £12.50 for a seat in the middle which is extortionate. The advert of "From £5.99" is so misleading. This is right down the front where you're practically wearing the screen! In hindsight I should have purchased the cheapest ticket and just sat anywhere the screen was SO empty (not surprised!). The seating chart colours aren't that clear especially for colourblind people like me.

Then I had to wait for someone to take my ticket, eventually asking back at the front desk where they were. Finally someone appeared and told me then that the boiler was broken and it was "a bit chilly in there" laughing!!! Bit chilly was an understatement, it was bloody freezing. I sat through the film with my coat and jumper on and having to put my jumper over my lower face to keep warm, ridiculous! Had I known this in advance, at the front desk, I wouldn't have bothered.

When I left I was fuming but there was no-one around to speak to, everyone had pretty much packed up to go home.

Trying to contact Customer Service is a joke. There's no contact details on the Vue website, you have to contact them through social media. After 2-3 days of messaging on Twitter I eventually got a reply basically telling me there's nothing they could do, I should have spoken to someone before leaving. There's no notices in the cinema to say this! So no chance of a refund. The person on Twitter was no help at all. After a couple more days I followed up and got no response.

No wonder cinema is dying. Absolute joke, I will definitely be avoiding Vue in the future, especially Redditch

The Vue - Harrow was very disappointing because the adverts before the film was extremely loud and was uncomfortable which spoilt the visit to this cinema. It was dangerous to your hearing and when it came on there was no warning which was shocking. It was a pity because the film was very enjoyable.

Crap customer service, they don't care. Go to another cinema

I went to see Wicked for Good at Vue Norwich on Monday with a friend. The showing was at 19:15 in Screen 7. The cinema was absolutely freezing. My friend had her scarf on, hood up and coat on and I had my coat on top of me. The other people on the row were all wrapped up too. It really spoilt our enjoyment of the film. I thought that maybe this was a one off blip and the heating wasn't working in the cinema Monday evening, but my adult daughter went to Vue Norwich the other day and she said it was freezing cold too. There were no signs up to say there were heating problems.

Complained to customer services regarding filthy seating and issue with speakers rattling through songs in the movie. CS essentially denied that the speakers were anything but perfect, acknowledged the dirty seats in need of a deep clean. Thoroughlygaslit by CS and offered no compensation /apology. Rude.

Jeg var inde og se Tron Ares d. 6. november i sal 13 hos Vue Fisketorvet og oplevelsen var lige så flad som deres sodavand. Popcornene var kolde og medarbejderne virkede uengagerede. Servicen var generelt under middel.

Midt i filmen tændte alt lyset i salen og det forblev tændt resten af visningen. Det ødelagde fuldstændig filmen især når det lige præcis er en type film hvor billedet og farverne er det man kommer for.

Efter filmen gik vi direkte ned til personalet og fortalte om problemet og vi blev bedt om at skrive til deres kundeservice. Jeg skrev derfor til Vue men forløbet med Alberte gjorde kun det hele værre. Hun håndterede sagen rigtig dårligt og afviste det vi fortalte med henvisning til at personalet “ikke kunne bekræfte det”, som om jeg fandt på det.

Det giver ingen mening at skulle forlade en film i 10 til 15 minutter for at finde en medarbejder når hele salen sidder med tændt lys. Og det er altså ikke det man forventer når man betaler 500 kr for en biograftur (billetter + kiosken).

Alt i alt en meget ærgerlig oplevelse både under filmen og bagefter. Det bliver desværre mit sidste besøg hos Vue Fisketorvet og det føles ærgerligt man tvinges over til NFBio for at sikre oplevelsen.

Reasons..
1. The screen was crepe and dark
2. A light was flickering in room
3. The mess wasn't cleane
4. The sound randomly went off silent
5. Kids alone in 12A movie with torch lighting shining.
6. It was cold
7. They wouldn't give me a refund, just some compliment tickets so they can bring you back to their shetty cinema experience again

Vandaag ging m’n dochtertje van 13 jaar naar de bioscoop. Samen met haar klasgenootjes.

Ze had, wat we altijd doen om het betaalbaar te houden, een eigen koekje en wat snoepjes mee.

Zo zijn we gewend dit altijd te kunnen doen bij de Pathé!!! bioscopen in Amsterdam.

M’n dochtertje moest haar koekjes en snoepjes inleveren. Alles werd uit haar tas gehaald. Helaas is ze het vergeten bij vertrekken van de bioscoop!

Ik ben een alleenstaande ouder en gun m’n dochter een kaartje voor de bios van 13 euro maar als ik daarnaast ook snoepjes en koekjes moet kopen kan ik dit niet meer doen! Ik kocht zelfs een abonnement voor vier maanden, zodat ze wat vaker kan gaan.

Los van het feit, Dat het schandalig is dat jullie heel brutaal in de tas van m’n dochter willen kijken en alles innemen.

Ik zal het hierover heel hoog op gaan spelen. Het is werkelijk schandalig!!!

Don't get the gift card. Vue won't let you use it to book online, so you have do go in person to book, which is inconvenient and also is a way for them to charge you more as online booking is cheaper

Watched Badlands the latest Predator movie. Very disappointed with the dark background throughout the film. It is a great story spoilt by the cinematography. Or is it just Vue Cwmbran??

I use Vue Blackburn maybe once every couple of months and I’ve always found my visits to be pleasant enough. Yes in every screen there is a few seats that are ‘tired’ and probably past their sell by date. But generally, the place is clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and there is never an issue with parking my car as there is always plenty of spaces.

The walking dead mashine stole mine and ma gfs money went for a nice night...also smelt of urine in the carpet..spoke to managment and didnt seem to show any intress..aviod mashine

I recently visited Screen 2 at Vue West End and left with decidedly mixed impressions. The experience was competent yet uninspired; functional but far from memorable.

The auditorium itself is compact, as you’ll see from the photos, and the screen size leans towards the lower end of the spectrum. Sound quality and projection were acceptable but nothing to write home about - overall, the experience was serviceable but not particularly immersive.

Staff were courteous, if somewhat perfunctory, and the overall ambience felt more commercial than curated. In sum, it was neither dreadful nor distinguished - a perfectly forgettable outing.

Deres sodavand er tynde som om de kun fylder halvt så meget sodavand i som de skal. Der er koldt i biografsalene, for eftertiden tager vi banegårdscentret.

We visited Vue cinema at Redditch for a film showing on screen 7.
The seats we had pre booked were dirty, stained and threadbare on the arms.
We were not prepared to use them and moved to leather covered seats which were marginally better but with broken backrests.
Not value for money.
There were no staff available at any time during the film to raise our issues with..

So basically I wanted to watch a movie yes my phone was dead asked for a refund

Vue castleford is newly opened and was a place we were excited to visit. However we won't be going back! Everything is self service and felt like I was doing my weekly shop! Its expensive and it just feels a little sad. You scan your ticket, walk through a barrier, pick up items from shelves and fridges, self scan and go to your screen. For some this may work, but for our family it felt cold.

zero/nothing , I couldnt book or search website to find out which movies are showing this week and what times are they are being shown , FIX YOUR WEBSITE , complete waste of time , 4 adults/6 children/1 wheelchair user booked a movie on SKY store instead of going to cinema , Spent over £100 on snacks and treats at morrisons and stayed at home .
