Easy from start to finish- Collected my vehicle from my home even though i wasn’t there , repaired it perfectly , returned it good as new in just a few days …and gave it a good valet too - top service ! Thank you

I highly recommend this firm. From minute one they take on all the stress and provide excellent customer service throughout. The repair to my Jeep was perfect and I am so pleased. The bodyshop team are very professional and skilled and my car is in mint condition. The reception lady is fantastic and knowledgeable and a credit to this company.

The staff were all pleasant and helpful the repairs took as long as they said and my car was delivered on the day they said, excellent service from friendly staff

I cannot recommend FixAuto Tewkesbury highly enough. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, from Jean in the office to Ryan who collected my car for repair and delivery of a courtesy car. Ryan was courteous and very helpful. With my thanks for the excellent customer service received from Vizion and the long established car-repairer Fix-Auto (nee S&D Pollitt) at Bradley Hall Trading Estate.

Fix-Auto have almost made my experience of bring driven into on the motorway, a welcome. Met by professional, courteous, helpful Reception staff, kept informed by regular digital communications, clearly high-quality workmanship from the Workshop mechanics, Engineers and Bodyshop Technicians, my car looks as though it had not been involved in an accident.

Simply 'Thank You' guys.

Excellent service by all staff from start to finish the quality of the work was superb ,they were reassuring understanding and made me feel at ease at this traumatic time, I can't thank them enough.

I was in the process of getting my tesla repaired thorugh them as they come under hastings. I personally found very difficult to get hold of them.
1. Their staf orginally lied to me that i can only use finesse accident repairs only to learn after a week that there are 4 other better options, and finesse being the most unprofessional one.
2. When i asked them to share assessment report, they declined and said it is upto the Bodyshop. Please note finesse is very difficult to reach, they quite bad as well.

Overall dishonest and lack ownership. Will not recommend them to anyone

My car was involved in an accident in March 2026 and repaired through Vizion’s repair network.

The vehicle was returned to me four separate times over a period of more than three months for a relatively straightforward repair.

Following three rounds of Southside ARC (the repairer in Vizion’s network) working on the car and returning it with defects, my insurer arranged for an independent engineer inspection. The engineer identified multiple workmanship and quality defects requiring rectification, including defects that had not previously been identified through the repairer’s own inspection processes. These findings were subsequently accepted by the repairer and the car returned again for rectification.

Before the vehicle was returned for the fourth time, I received written assurances from Vizion that:

* The vehicle had been inspected.
* All works had been completed.
* The points raised in my complaint had been rectified.
* The vehicle had been signed off by Vizion’s regional agent.
* The vehicle had been returned to a pre-accident condition.
* The vehicle had been cleaned.

Despite those assurances, multiple issues were immediately apparent upon delivery, some so obvious that I struggle to understand how any meaningful inspection could have taken place. The vehicle had also definitely not been cleaned, despite claims it had been, with thick polish and sanding residue all over the door frame.

The most concerning aspect of this experience is not that defects existed, it is that Vizion assured me that all works had been completed, inspected and signed off when it is clear that many of the findings in the independent engineers report were still present.

The entire process took more than three months and is still unresolved with the insurers now opting for a cash-in-lieu settlement to bring the car up to pre-crash standards having lost faith in the repairer in the Vizion network.

I subsequently submitted a formal complaint to Vizion regarding these matters. At the time of writing, I have received no response.

Based on my experience, I have no confidence in Vizion’s quality assurance, inspection or complaint-handling processes.

The customer service was excellent, caring friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them and would certainly use their services again, should the need arise.

Projex1 Accident Repair Ltd did a superb job on my Hyundai which had been badly damaged after being hit by a lorry. After doing all the repair work I collected it to find they had also completely valeted it which I hadn’t expected. The staff were a pleasure to deal with too.

Everything was excellent. I choose MJ Autos Surrey (Sussex) in Crawley from vizion network for my repairs, as I was able to select best repairer in the area after reviewing reviews. Abigail at reception was lovely — polite, friendly, efficient, and very responsive throughout the process. The owner was also very involved and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The repair was completed very quickly; I dropped the car off on Tuesday and collected it the same week on Friday.
