Following a slight issue with the repair, the team rectified it incredibly quickly and efficiently.

I had direct dealings with Tim, Jo and Mandy, who were all absolutely lovely and made the whole experience so easy to deal with.

It’s never nice having to arrange a repair to your car after being hit by another vehicle, but the team made the whole process as stress-free and straightforward as possible. Their professionalism, communication and customer service were second to none.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The car was collected from my home and returned repaired to my home within 6 working days. The customer service was very efficient and polite. Fantastic service, highly recommended.

Vision added virtually nothing to the effort of having my 'No Fault' claim processed through the repair process. Once having eventually managed to force AXA the insurance company to process my claim, Vision should have taken over and guided me through the repair process. But absolutely nothing from them, unless pressed by me for action.

Whole service was stress free, regular and reassuring updates from Jo.

Had my car repaired from an accident by Steer Repair Centre, Chatham. I can say their repairs/work was very good. The turn around of fixing was excellent and the staff were very friendly, attentive, polite and professional throughout.

Although the road traffic accident has been stressful and seeing my car damage was so upsetting, Fix Auto have made it more bearable by conducting themselves in the manner they have done

My car was returned to me like new and fully valeted which was a very special and personal touch

From start to finish the staff both at Vision & Gemini Accident Repair Centre ( Bodmin) were so helpful & talked me through the whole process & what to expect ( my 1st RTA in over 35yrs).
Vizion arranged a replacement car for the very next day. Whilst Gemini arranged collection of my car to fit in without me having to ask for time off work.
Gemini then kept me updated on the repairs which was completely earlier than initially planned (10days!) They then arranged to deliver my car back to me again, around my work schedule.
It's also reassuring to know that all the repairs carried out guaranteed under the same conditions given by the vehicle manufacturer.
