Very impressed with the quality of work provided and the constant updates they give you.

My vehicle was collected from home with ease and delivered back to me all repaired and cleaned thoroughly also which was lovely. Very smooth process.

I’ve not had to claim on my insurance before so was quite upset about the situation, having said that the whole process was made so much easier by the way the insurance company handled it.
They were very helpful, understanding sympathetic and professional and my car was returned to me in the same condition it was before the accident.
The insurance company and the garage that did the repairs were absolutely amazing.

Simply dreamy

On the day of my accident I reported to Markerstudy by phone which instigated prompt action with a local garage assessing the damage from which it was decided it was beyond economical repair. The payment of assessed value was also prompt.
My disappointment was on my initial report with the call handler who seemed unable to grasp my explanation of events leading up to the accident. I emailed Markerstudy to express this but received no response despite a request for at least acknowledgement.

The work on the car looks to be ok. The car took longer than I had expected. I was given updates as to how they were getting on. However sometimes felt that the updates were not really true to what they were saying. So saying that the car was in the final stages. But then saying that they were waiting of parts. Then when the car was ready. They were not able to drop it back off till 4 days later. But I needed the car back, as the curtosity car was costing me an absolute fortune.

Really easy to resolve plenty of updates both email and text a very simple and reassuring service

The helpfulness from the staff at brockford accident repair centre was nothing short of perfect ,my vehicle was returned to me in showroom condition and can't thank them enough! Highly recommend

Company could really more communicative regarding vehicle updates, especially nearly a week after having an update saying car is repaired and being passed quality control and valeting. The reasons for this were explained and we are happy with explanation.
