From start to finish i was amazed by the straightforward interaction between insurance company,repair company and myself. All clear communication between messages was clear and precise. All new to me the way it was managed but work exceptionally well. Convenient drop off and service when dropping off was polite and staff were there to accept my car. No waiting around. The ability and update on the repair through the app meant i didnt have to be phoning to check. I was offered a drop off once repaired and again could not fault the politeness and friendliness of the staff. I was asked to check vehicle, confirm i was happy and then signed. All in all impressed by the whole experience and would totally recommend the service here. Thank you for making ot simple,straightforward and hassle free.
