Vampire Outdoor Gear Anmeldelser

Absolutely fantastic service.
I asked Rebecca for advice on a rucksack and she couldn't have been more helpful. The rucksack is amazing, most comfortable fit ever. I bought a Kula cloth too and omg what a game changer ...no more soggy knickers after a wild wee! Love it!
Delivery so fast and packaged really well.
Thank you so much.

Product as described well made and delivered on time

Excellent customer service, questions answered quickly and knowledgeably.
Great products, it's so good to have outdoor gear that actually fits!
Thank you

Excellent quality outdoors clothing which was perfect for my Lake District holiday. Quick delivery and good packaging with a handwritten note was a nice touch. I will be coming back for more, my go to for outdoors clothes now.

Fantastic shopping experience, I had a question about sizing and Rebecca came back to me really quickly with a detailed answer providing lots of information. My new waterproof coat has arrived and fits really well, I’m very pleased with it, the quality is fantastic. I can’t wait for it to rain to try it out properly!
I am so glad your shop exists! I’m hoping you might branch out into extra wide fit walking shoes/ boots in the future?!

Great communication and customer service. Speedy dispatch and competitive pricing

Quick receipt of order, and v sweet to have a hand-written note with invoice...nice to shop with small-scale businesses. This is one I'll keep for future purchases.
Thank you.

Great service as usual, and fast delivery!

The trousers were ordered on line, they arrived quickly, the quality is good and the size is what we expected.

Good shopping experience and I SO appreciate having plus size options for hiking gear

It was well packaged and arrived really quickly. Great quality items. Thank you

Excellent very small British company. Plus size outdoor activity clothing is very hard to find. Brilliant customer service

I'm a repeat customer of Vampire Outdoors. As always I receive amazing customer service, with genuine interest and concern for what I'm looking for. Great products available for all bodies.
This purchase was the for Rab Ascent -12 bag. I've been trying to get the right set up for my backpacking kit and this bag is just perfect. Light and warm and enough room for my rotisserie chicken style of sleeping. Fast service as always.
Thanks again.

Speedy delivery, quality product. Thanks!

Picked up a few "duplicate" items on sale that I'd ordered versions of (and loved) in the past, so that I could rotate them and have spares for multi-day archery competitions. The clothes are true to described sizing, extremely comfortable, and perfect for long days outdoors (in my case, shooting and fetching arrows over various distances). I particularly love the Outdoor Research Vigor half-zip fleece, which is close-fitting, smooth-surfaced and not at all bulky (all essential for shooting safely) but still really warm and allows total freedom of movement. As ever, the items were packed and dispatched speedily, with a nice little note from Rebecca - I will indeed be "adventuring happily"!

Needed a sleeping bag urgently, delivered the next day! Rebecca noted my request on my order form and expedited my order!

Sleeping is light to carry, roles up very small for travel purposes. Kept me very warm on cold nights.

Great price on OR sun hat and quick delivery.

Fantastic service and excellent, high quality gear. I’m thrilled to have discovered Vampire Outdoors.

Great product, great price, super speedy delivery. Again!
