Measurements provided were accurate, descriptions accurate, prices… well I’d like a little less, but wouldn’t we all!

Great experience with this website and with the owner when I emailed her. I'm so glad to have found a decent place to buy plus size gear that's actually high quality and technical, rather than just charging extortionate amounts for cheap tat just because it's plus size. Amazed that it took someone so long to fill this gap in the UK market but I'm so glad they did!! Good choice of brands, clearly thoughtfully selected with her customer base in mind at all times.
I bought an outdoor research helium down jacket and tested it out in -15° in the arctic. It held up beautifully. Often I wore only a thermal base layer and a t-shirt under it and I was still comfortable! The sizing chart on the website was well designed, clear and accurate, which when you're plus size and only able to buy online, is huge.

Very please with product. True to size. Nearly didn't order plus size waterproof as need for holiday 3 weeks time and website says will take longer to deliver as special order. Delivered in 3 days. Quantifying delivery times may increase sales!
