Vampire Outdoor Gear Anmeldelser

Innovative and convenient product.

Great service, great products.

Simple ordering. Painless delivery - unlike some other retail outlets. All round great service. First time I have used Vampire but will definitely use again!

Excellent choice and service.
We have just walked the coast to coast should have ordered one sooner.
Viking way next month so 🤷🏻

The service from Vampire Outdoors is really good. Rebecca from Vampire Outdoors always keeps you upto date on the progress of your order. It's really great to find an Outdoor clothing company for the plus size lady

Great Comms, quick delivery, good service, many thanks.

Rebecca was very helpful and the quality of the gear and service was excellent.

Incorrect item was sent in error. I reached out via the website chat and got an immediate response. Issue resolved and correct item on its way! I literally cannot fault this customer service - it's incredible! Thanks Rebecca! 🤙😊

The only place selling the product I wanted (or sunbathing) at a fair price. Friendly messaging and very efficient processes.

Speed of delivery. Easy to order. Quality of product and that it was recycled Ocean Plastic. It is the best product I have come across for my needs. I am a walker and also an artist so am outside a great deal. This little gadget is a god send! Easy to use (I managed it the first time) and clean.

Perfect service and speedy delivery lovely company to deal with

Great fit, excellent quality. Love that this is a small business.

Received what I ordered the next day after despatch. Not used items yet but they arrived well packaged in great condition and were what I expected.

Just what I was looking for, easy purchase and quick delivery.

Absolutely fantastic service.
I asked Rebecca for advice on a rucksack and she couldn't have been more helpful. The rucksack is amazing, most comfortable fit ever. I bought a Kula cloth too and omg what a game changer ...no more soggy knickers after a wild wee! Love it!
Delivery so fast and packaged really well.
Thank you so much.

Product as described well made and delivered on time

Great products, it's so good to have outdoor gear that actually fits!
Thank you

Excellent quality outdoors clothing which was perfect for my Lake District holiday. Quick delivery and good packaging with a handwritten note was a nice touch. I will be coming back for more, my go to for outdoors clothes now.

Fantastic shopping experience, I had a question about sizing and Rebecca came back to me really quickly with a detailed answer providing lots of information. My new waterproof coat has arrived and fits really well, I’m very pleased with it, the quality is fantastic. I can’t wait for it to rain to try it out properly!
I am so glad your shop exists! I’m hoping you might branch out into extra wide fit walking shoes/ boots in the future?!

Great communication and customer service. Speedy dispatch and competitive pricing
