Package bought is non cancelable. Only Las Vegas is available in western USA. reservation has to be made by calling them. When I called today to make reservation, they offered only a couple of basic hotels without charging any extra but then those hotels charge daily resort fees of $39+tax per night. Other hotels charge more and still charge these useless resort fees. I can directly get the nicer hotels for much lower so this is just a scam!

Don't trust what they tell you. They make promises for these vacations you can take in the future. Then, when they don't honor what they sold you, you are outside the 90 day dispute window with your credit card. They claim to have a money back satisfaction guarantee, but they do not say that it is only for 14 days, which you only see in the fine print. What they say is all for making the sale and doesn't match the fine print. Unless you call back the next day to book your trip within 2 weeks, you'll be outside your money back guarantee window by the time you have any issue, and you will quite likely be outside the 90-day dispute with your credit card window. It is a scam company that misrepresents what they are selling you.

Easy to accomplish my reservation, once someone answered my call. Person I talked to was great! However, took 5-calls to get an agent for assistance. That is not acceptable.

Your agent was very thorough and patient to explore all possibilities for us to be able to book within our schedule. It was difficult to get to an agent on phone or chat ober many dsys, but when I did get through on phone my agent was wonderful.

Room was great however Westgate changed parking policy so now they charge $51 a day resort fees (for internet as pool is not open for the winter) and parking is $20 per day. Not happy…

If I could give a lower star rating I would. They did nothing that they promised - the food vochure that I was to get after the presentation took over 3 weeks to come through and that was after multiple complaints. When I finally did receive it, it cost $12.95 to actually get and it is only $25 per month - not a true voucher. They also never sent the Visa card that was promised, refunded the Uber rides, or anything else that was promised. When trying to get a hold of someone the system was down for live chat and the phone just put me in a cue with never a call back as promised. The hotel choice was horrible and was not given the 2 beds as was told I would. THIS IS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and would never recommend

Dishonest company. So many beautiful promises so I paid a generous amount of money at the time of the agreement (my bad). This is what happened next:
* I was told I could have a vacation of my choice. Never heard back from them about this so I couldn’t use it.
*I was told I could spend my credits in booking but I later found out that you cannot use it to cover the whole reservation, only a ridiculous percentage. I calculated it would take me years to spend it all.
* they secure $199 to renew the membership. If not, you cannot use your credit. So basically what you could save from the credits (that you already spent by the way), you need to put it back in fees again.
*When I tried to make reservations through their website, it was always down! I could not use my credit at all.

It’s a a scam, stay away!!!

Reservation made through corporatevacationoffer.com never showed as booked. It said 'Pending' all day. I finally cancelled it that night. Their phone # just rings and rings, it asks you to say what you need, then nothing happens. We just filed a Dispute with our credit card company after 4 calls. Since 11/25, this cancelled reservation now just says 'Cancellation Requested' as of 12/09/25.

Poor service. Took a trip through them to Florida in July. Got to the hotel and was told it was canceled. I never told them to cancel it. I drove from iowa down. I had to pay for a night. They fixed it and was told that I would be getting the money back. I have reached out to them many times and get told the same thing over and over again that the way they send the return money is down. Its been 5 months and still nothing. They aren't even returning my calls.

I have call at least 2dozen times in the last week ! Left message every time and just trying to access the perks promised! No reply’s ! No call backs , I am very frustrated with these con artists! Do not recommend this company at all ! This company better treat their customers better ! At least answer the phone or call back !

Lodging was good, lots of things to do, and great time.

Scam. Stay well clear! We did a sales presentation in Orlando at Dezerland on September the 18th. At the end of the sales pitch we were supposed to receive a $50 gift card but was told that it would be emailed within 48 hours .... Ten weeks later after multiple phone calls and emails we have still not received the promised gift. Nothing but scammers.

The hotel was very nice, clean, convenient.
