Alex is very nice and helpful. I have spent long time on the phone and never be able to get a single call through. Thanks to Alex who talked to me on Chat and called me back to help on my reservation. Otherwise, I will miss my time window.

He helped me out a lot. We lost our grandfather, and we had a vacation planned for 2/15 that had to be postponed. We had to push it out six months, and he took care of everything quickly and without any issues at all. I truly appreciate how easy he made the whole process during such a difficult time.

I booked a trip to stay at the Luxor in Las Vegas for 3 nights. Received roughly 3 or 4 confirmation emails from VO, none of these emails stated I needed to do anything further to confirm my stay. Also, on each of these emails, the presentation location changed so it seemed somewhat suspect to me as if they wanted you to miss the presentation by continually changing the location. I arrived in Vegas and attempted to check in and the Luxor showed my reservation as canceled. Attempted to get VO on the phone, to no avail so I booked my own stay and paid out of pocket. I went ahead and attended the presentation the next day to see if they could make it right. Was given the runaround at the presentation about how it’s the “marketing company’s” fault and was not offered any type of accommodations for my inconveniences. The agents at the presentation gave me an email address and “VIP” phone number to call. Called the “VIP” line and it is for VO members only so that was no help. I was assured at the presentation I would be reimbursed if I emailed over my receipt, so I did that. I received a response that I need to call in to discuss. I do not have time to sit on the phone to try and remedy this situation. You would think a company attempting to gain business would have better customer service. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I would not recommend doing any business with this company.

I would advise anyone not to ever ever ever buy it is playing this is the first plan in the world of customer service it is extremely poor I'm on the phone right now with a guy named Josh and he's opening up my file and he's telling me that he's looking into trying to find out where my offers my vouchers that I had gotten when I did the vacation plan because mine you this is my last payment for vacation offer and Josh right now got me on expensive pole here the first time I called him he hung up in my ear and that's what they do I spoke to a very rude lady that works in there cuz they Outsource their business to like third world country and they are extremely rude they'll just hang up in your ear if they don't have any knowledge you know I understand that they want to get cheap help but they dog the people do not waste your money in the name of Jesus Christ with his company they will convince you I had vouchers from them that I sent in last year I send into the company to redeem my vouchers after I got ready to redeem my vouchers they told me that they cannot redeem about you because vacation offer did not pay them so they told me that nothing they can do so vacation offer said don't worry I won't lose my vouchers they had my vouchers available and I'm still waiting right now for my vouchers. Beware not a good deal

Rubin, the rep I spoke to, was patient and knowledgeable . He took time to understand the reason for my call, and used available resources and effort to assist me with my issues. The issue was resolved respectfully.

I was having trouble locating the package deals that were sent to my email. Turns out they were just in my spam, but Alex was very patient and helpful in helping me locating them. She was not just courteous. She was also kind.

This company took a week to get us our confirmation email and on the day of our reservation they called and told us our reservation was "auto cancelled" and it would cost an upcharge of $350 for the re-booking.

Alex, the agent confirmed "PeachTree" was a valid vendor for collecting the annual dues, and that my next payment wasn't due until Feb 15 202. He was also able to extend an expired package by 6 months at no charge

/when we got to the hotel that was CONFIRMED we were told we had NO RESERVATION. i called 3 times. first time i explained all was put on hold and 37 min later was disconnected. call #2 same except after 24min disconnected..call #3 the gentleman saw that i had called two other times and tried to help us. After 4 hours total waiting in lobby of hotel the gentleman said we had a reservation. Again the hotel had nothing under my name or number..we finally saw a reservation had come thru under JANET DOLE..have no clue where that name came from...HOWEVER i was charged a UPGRADE FEE of $19 that i will dispute..becasue what exactly was the upgrade fee for????? WAITING 4 HOURS???. oNCE WE GOT TO THE PRESENTATION THE NEXT DAY they also did not have MY NAME just jaet Dole. and when we finished presentation we were told our gifts would be in our email in 24 hours...its now a week and nothing...AND some items that were clerly romised to us in our packet were not on there

Gentleman really took time to explain everything and worked to get reservations within our time limits

Operator/ representative very helpful and i could hear she wore a smile during our conversation.

Unfortunately we havent received an email confirming our vacation. She is also looking into a $190 reimbursement from last March booking we had to cancel.

COMPLETE SCAM!! Still waiting on promised gift cards and trips after attending their presentation on November 8th. This is after they canceled our hotel reservation when we arrived in Orlando and left my family stranded with no place to stay while on vacation. I have called several times and the phone just rings. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. When they left us without a place to stay on vacation, when I finally spoke to "customer service" after hours of calling, she told me this what they do to people, scam them out of money. The owner of this company has been arrested for fraud in the past, do not trust anything they tell you.

This is the first time I didn’t have to wait on hold for long and/or wait for a call back! Lodging was booked quickly. And the agent was so helpful and efficient ;)

Everything Smooth so far

The vacation program doesn't have what you want, youbcant get out of your contract and they swnt into my account tontake their money after I removed it from their website.

They were good in the beginning. However once I decided I didn't want to continue things changed. Not as friendly, very short, and let you know they were angry.
