Emily was great both times I spoke with her but she could only help with the hotel reservation. I have other questions she says I have to wait to get. What shows? Why do I have to wait for a room bed size until I check in?

Customer service is atrocious. Hard to get someone on the phone. Questions were often answered with single word reply "yaaah" being the most common. When I asked for a website Tiffany said she didn't know what it was.
When I did get to a website it I had to pay $24.95 to active the certificate I was promised.
I haven't booked a vacation yet. I hope this is not a total scam.

The location was excellent. The hotel was a dive, but the employees were very nice.

We put down a refundable deposit of $99. We went to the presentation and decided not to purchase the vacation package. We were supposed to be refunded the $99. It has been 4 months and after calling numerous times and getting the excuse that there system is being updated and not able to give refunds, I called again and we used to get you are 5th in line, now the recording just plays a commercial and after 1/2 hour it went silent. After an hour I hung up. So if you go on a presentation and decide not to buy their vacation package do not expect a refund of your deposit.

Nice large hotel room with two queen beds, which is really good for me and my traveling partner as we like to have all that room in between frolicking very clean nice shower and nice bathroom. The balcony overlooking the fenced in pond was cool because the alligators and the birds were great to watch. Great swimming pool very nice hot tub which are extremely important to us Also have noticed it’s a very nice breakfast buffetThe only downside is the mini fridge is right on the floor and should be up on some sort of a table with the microwave on top of it.

Beware of these scam artists! Paid Vacation Offer $419 for a 4 day stay in Las Vegas. After booking the Strat at their suggestion I booked my flights and called several times for an emailed confirmation. After no response I called the Strat and they sent me information showing I was booked. Two weeks before our trip I received a cancellation from the Strat. I called Vacation Offer and they assured me it was an accident which go auto-cancelled and to go anyway they would fix their screwup. I showed up at the Strat and they left me hanging. I almost used my Hilton Honors points but since the Strat was considerate, and it wasn’t their fault, paid them for the rooms and stayed anyway. It cost me almost $600 more! When I repeatedly called them to remedy their screwup situation they let my calls go into voicemail with no returned call. The a few days later they called and said I might get lucky and get my money back if I send them my receipts of my costs. I wonder if they ever intended to actually give us the vacation package their salesman promised. Go direct and save money and avoid getting ripped off! No apologies or concern for stranding us with no accommodations.

0 stars if it was possible I booked my room back in JANUARY 2025 for a room in October super early so we were prepared to TRAVEL WITH A NEWBORN AND SMALL CHILD. all to show up to this "presentation"aka time share pitch... and then LATER THE SAME DAY GO TRY YES TRY to check in MY "room they reserved " to find out my reservations were canceled just the Sunday before we showed up. MY FAMILY (NEWBORN BABY 7 YEAR OLD AND HUSBAND) find out AT CHECK IN WE HAVE NO ROOM BECAUSE VO DECIDED TO CHARGE ME BACK IN JANUARY AND THEN CANCEL MY ROOM THE WEEKEND BEFORE WE SHOW UP FROM CALIFORNIA TO LAS VEGAS FOR MY SISTERS WEDDING IM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB FOR STEALING MY MONEY AND THEN CANCELING MY RESERVATIONS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN THEY SCAM YOU DO NOT BOOK THRU THEM AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOT TO TALK TO NO ONE SO NEXT STOP AFTER THIS REVIEW IS THE BBB WEBSITE ... SAVE YOURSELVES FROM FRAUD !!!!!

The representative was very nice, explained the club well and we never felt pressure to join the program. The program was explained very well.

Everything feels fraudulent about the company. 1) They promised a "free" dinner at a high end steak house. We made reservations and when we showed up the restaurant refused to honor the vouchers. The manager told me that VO does not pay their bills and that they were told to stop giving the vouchers out as of Oct. 1. We were there Oct. 19. 2) They promised to refund the $150 deposit we put down 6 months ago. They still have not done that. I have made more than 20 calls to their customer care number, left messages and have received no return calls. I have waited more than an hour in the phone que and they dropped the call once I was first in line. 3) The whole thing reeks of a ponzi scheme. They started out asking us to pay $9000, but dropped it to $2000 if we would pay a $500 downpayment. They also offered to give us $2000 for our first trip. These people can't be making any money with their business management. I expect the whole thing to crash rather soon. 4) The Better Business Bureau has multiple complaints against them. I will be adding a complaint. Also, speaking to my Congressman about investigating their business practices.

If I could give this a negative or 0 star I WOULD. this is the biggest scam. You cannot get a refund for anything. they CANCELLED my room the day I was supposed to check in. Their customer service is nonexistent. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME.

These people are the biggest scammers. They charged me after a year without letting me know. I filed as fraud case right after I got hooked into there scam and canceled the membership.after a year they charged me $200 and now saying that the membership was on hold and they later activate without letter me know. When I called them and told them it was closed a year ago, she said that they have no record of showing that call. These scammer have no access of emailing me back Cuse that would have in writing. When you email them, they open ticket and call u. I told them to listen to the conversation I had with that person a year ago telling me that it was canceled, she said they don’t have that. I do not recommend this company. Big scammersssss.

Overall experience was as expected. There were a couple of issues at hotel but nothing to do with VO. We were surprised to see the facility used for the sales seminar. It was very professional and A/C not working.

I do not recommend this company! Ihave had nothing but issues with booking Once I booked, I paid more than what I would have if I would have went direct thru the villas I also received a call from VO less than 24 hours before my check in which said my reservation was cancelled I left messages and 16 hours later had to make my own reservation and had to pay more money ! This was a huge hassle and trying to leave a complaint was not possible

They provide great packages.

It was fast and informative and I did not get turned over to a closer.
