Better than I expected! Nice hotel and mostly everything was nice and smooth.

We had a great time in Dublin. We visited the Wicklow Mountains, Belfast, Cliffs of Mohr and Trinity College with the Book Of Kells. Amazing time, great food (recommend the Rockshore beer) and met lovely people. Will return.

Everything was great and for the price so worth it. 2nd time using in different country. Thought some things were included and were not, for example transportation was not included to one of the attractions. One big problem was the schedule pick- up for one of our flights. We got picked up too late and almost didn’t make the plane.

We had a great time in Lisbon & Porto. The only complaint I have.

1. I would want a direct flight
2. Tell you what train station there are two in Lisbon

Everything was organized for us and they kept in touch along the way. With a self drive tour in a country such as Iceland it could have been overwhelming but the hotels selected were amazing, the car was ideal for the terrain and equipped with WiFi, the tour took as to all the must-see places and we had the flexibility to pick which spots and how long we wanted to stay. This is my second tour with Great Value and I will definitely recommend and use them again and again as long as their service continues to be exceptional.

I liked everything about our experience. We were informed about every step of the way. Getting to our Hotel and airports were a breeze. When one of our flight were canceled we were informed right away and given new flight information. Drivers to and from the hotels were on time. The instruction given made this vacation a breeze. We also enjoyed the hotels that were selected.

Great follow through on everything. Transfers occurred without incident and the included tours were good. We added on a lot of extras but the bones of the trip were executed perfectly and the hotels were centrally located and of great quality. Absolutely recommend

The trip was a terrific experience! Knowing all transfers were organized and handled left us with a full vacation adventure.

The trip was wonderful! Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The outrigger resort is close to good snorkeling and has beautiful views.
Everything was relaxed and lovely.

We had an amazing trip.

I booked a mother/daughter vacation with my elderly mother. When I booked the vacation I reviewed the hotel that was chosen by Great Value Vacations. I looked up the hotel’s website and it listed that it had air conditioning and mentioned nothing about being climate controlled or that there was no air conditioning in the hotel during certain parts of the year. Based on the website and Great Value Vacations chosen hotel choice I assumed it would be a good hotel. Well once we got checked in and got into the room we discovered there was no A/C. I contacted the front desk and was told that there was no A/C in any of the rooms due to their main office not giving them the ok from the local government to turn on the A/C. We were not offered a fan at this time. It was over 80 degrees that day and my elderly mother is prone to heat related sickness. I tried to contact Great Value Vacations about switching hotels but got a message that they were closed and would not reopen until Monday, this was Saturday. I left an emergency message on their website. After two strongly worded messages during the night I finally got a call from their Italian counterpart and basically was told they could offer a fan but not until the morning and we could switch rooms the next day. However all rooms had no A/C so this would have been pointless. The stagnant heat was unbearable even with the window open and with the window open the noise from court yard from other guests could be easily be heard. Needless to say we did not sleep after being up for over 24 hours. The next day we got the fan which helped slightly but sleeping was not better. Monday finally arrived and still no response from anyone from Great Value Vacations. We checked out on Wednesday and still no word from Great Value Vacations. By time Wednesday rolled around my elderly mother was sick and we barely made it back to the States before she ended up in the clinic. I’m writing this review on Friday and still no response from Great Value. Needless to say I’m highly disappointed in this company and will never use them again or recommend them to any friends or family. It is also disturbing that the hotel did not list anywhere on their website about having no A/C during certain parts of the year and Great Value in my opinion should follow up with hotels if this is a known issue. If I had known there was a possibility of no air conditioning I never would have booked this vacation. So suffice to say our vacation was not enjoyable.

I really appreciate that when I call Great Value Vacations, I get to talk to a real person! I had to contact the office while abroad. I spoke with Gabrielle who was very polite and professional. She agreed to research my question and get back to me and she did!

Our trip (Budapest/Vienna/Prague) was very smooth. We appreciated the easy use of the portal. I was able to print out all train tickets and vouchers before leaving.

The only suggestion that I would make are the hotels. Their locations (outside of the city centers) were not a problem for us as we enjoy more of the outside of town experience. However, this might not work for everyone. Maybe I missed that part in the description, but I would make that information very apparent to customers.

Overall, we were very happy with our GVV experience. I will use you/them again in the furture.

We LOVE GVV. Every time we travel we use this wonderful company. They include flights and hotels and extra activities included in the price. We've gone to Scotland with them and just went to Paris with them. Everything was perfect and executed without any issues.

We have done multiple trips with Great Value and have enjoyed them all. In March we traveled to Porto, Lisbon and Madrid. It was a great trip, however it was much cooler than we anticipated! Also flying with Iberia was not our favorite. We paid for upgraded seating and the day we were leaving were notified that our seats had been changed due to a change in the configuration of seating on a different plane. I still have not been able to get a refund from Iberia for this change nor will they return my inquires. We have loved all of our trips with Great Value and found all the hotels to be outstanding as they were on this latest trip. My only complaint has been with Iberia which is out of the control of Great Value.

We had a terrific time. I would have loved more time in Prague, but our timeline only allowed for 1 1/2 days.

I have used Great Value Vacations for two amazing trips and they have been absolutely incredible! From the very beginning of our experience, this travel agency proved that exceptional service still exists and at the heart of it all was Kerrie Morrow, our Travel Operations Coordinator who redefined what it means to truly care for your clients.

Planning a trip is one thing, but planning a honeymoon while planning a wedding comes with an entirely different level of emotion, pressure, and expectation. Kerrie didn’t just meet those expectations, she exceeded them in every possible way. When an unexpected passport issue arose, something that could have easily derailed everything, Kerrie immediately called me and told me I needed to expedite my passport and sent me all the information to do so. She went far above and beyond, guiding us every step of the way, staying proactive, and ensuring that everything was handled in time. She even followed up with me a few days later to make sure I had received my passport!!!

Kerrie and Great Value Vacations made our vacation truly easy and enjoyable! Thank you guys for everything you do and cant wait to book our next trip!!!!

Rome and Amalfi Coast were wonderful. I was surprised by how nice the hotels were and everything was very easy to navigate.
