Happy to get free contacts after spending a certain amount. Took little over a month to get them after ordering so not too bad of a wait. Haven’t tried them on yet but they look to be good quality. Two friends referred me to this site and I will definitely shop here again.

Always had no problem with the delivery. But now they sent me only one contact lense, that’s not ok. It was the same order I always placed, but instead of two lenses, I just got one.

The over all quality and range of contact lenses is fantastic I've never quite had any issues with the lenses in terms of them coming in torn or wrecked. I will say shipping does take a little while but if you plan in advance for the event the lenses are required for its fine. Pretty much my go to place to get lenses for anime and video game characters. My favorite line of lenses has to for sure be the sweety lenses theyre super cute and my favorite pair I've gotten is the mini sclera cyberpunk lucy lenses I get so many complements when wearing them.

I use Uniqso every time I need a new pair of lenses. The products are very good and even if not all lenses have reviews you can find videos and photos to understand the effect of the lens on the eye.

I once bought lenses from them which came perfectly and how they should be.

Almost two years later I bought the same once again, but they brought up a new system where is now per lense you pay and had on the product buy 1 get two stuff for lenses that had no opacity? I‘ve made the mistake of only having one in my cart and purchasing but I‘ve messaged them right away that I‘ve done this mistake.

Fast forward it only arrived one lens pack not pair, I directly messaged costumer service but this time threw a other system, and their they said that that I have two options: pay for lens again with shipping or return and only get 90% back, meanwhile having to pay for shipping and ect.
Second one I knew from their returns informations, but having to pay for another lens and shipping for lenses that should‘ve arrived with together since their literally opacity 0 and only 0 as the only option from the product??
And I‘ve been ignored countless times, I’m willing to pay for shipping but the full product??
by support not giving any solutions or real explanations ect just messed up system do to for contacts with 0 opacity.
I’m since trying for almost a month to get the other lens.

I've been ordering from Uniqso since 2022 and I have never had any issues with my packages or the customer support! Things are always shipped on time and arrived within the specified time-frame, and when I've ordered express shipping, things have always showed up quickly!

Because I've only ever had good experiences, I was curious about where the 4.1 score came from but I see that almost ALL of the negative customer ratings come from lack of basic understanding of how online shopping or shipping works and blaming the business for it. (Eg. Things being held at customs. Not following tracking information. Wait times. Not reaching out to the company when things are lost in transit... etc. None of these actually fall on the responsibility of the business.)

Every shipments I've gotten has been a great experience and really helped me to step up.
