I placed my order a few months ago but…
I placed my order a few months ago but I didn’t receive that package yet so well I tried to contact you guys and then on March 7. You give me back my refund but I wait many days for that order. so that doesn’t make me feel so comfortable, I buy it because I want it then I wait a month more but I didn’t receive the package. I think I wait I just wait too long.

Lastly, we actually sent a follow up email to you on 9th February regarding the item being out of stock and since we did not receive any reply from you after 1 month, we went ahead to cancel and refund the order to you.

Support was lacking
Support was lacking. Shipped late, and was held in customs before being returned to sender. I know that wasn’t my fault, because it happened to my girlfriend and two of our friends too. Paid 40 bucks and only got a refund after I said I’d dispute it with my bank. Wasted time and money, pinky paradise is def a better option

Hi, kindly be informed that we take 3-4 working days to process the order thus the order was shipped within the timeframe. It is unfortunate that the parcel was held at your local custom which we hope you can understand is beyond our control as well.
Lastly, we did not ignore your emails as we have explained we take 2-3 working days to reply to enquiry emails. It is our company policy to refund the order if the order is stuck at custom and not due to you threatening to dispute with your bank.

I've used Uniqso for years. My order is always correct. They provide excellent customer service, and great prices.

You did not write my phone number
You did not write my phone number, door number or apartment information on my order, so my cargo was waiting at the branch and was returned without my knowledge. Because my phone number was not on it, I was not informed.

Hi, the shipping label has the shipping address that was provided by you during checkout. The phone number is not included as shipping company does not allow it due to sensitive information which is to protect your personal data as well. We have always encourage our customer to track the shipping status closely upon receiving the shipping information.
I never received my package. No refund.
I never received my package. I input all of my shipping information correctly to find out when checking a confirmation of my order that it was all changed with a bunch of errors. I was refused a refund, even when the situation was not my fault.

Excellent Company
Uniqso is the only contact company that I purchase from. I’ve been using them for years and their contacts are always as described. The only downside is that sometimes the contacts will be out of stock after purchasing—however their team is really communicative and will give you the option to exchange for a similarly priced pair or cancel that out-of-stock order. Love them!

I never received my prescription color…
I never received my prescription color contacts. When I tried to track them online, it said they were delivered on 2/09/2024, but I never got them. I paid about thirty dollars for them.
