Great selection, but I would strongly not recommend this shop for anyone needing prescription lenses.

I attempted to order four different pairs. After several days of waiting, I was told that one of the lenses wasn’t actually in stock in my prescription despite it being listed as available. I was asked to choose a replacement, which I did, and shortly after received a shipping confirmation. However, the confirmation still listed the original (unavailable) lenses.

When I followed up, I was told the shipping notification had been sent in error and that nothing had actually shipped yet. To make matters worse, the replacement pair I had selected was suddenly also “out of stock” even though it had been shown as available with multiple units left.

At that point, I asked to cancel the fourth pair, only to be told that I would now have to pay €13 in shipping because the order no longer qualified for free delivery.

So to summarize: inaccurate stock information, delays of over two weeks, a false shipping notification, and then additional charges because of issues entirely on their end. If your system can’t reliably track stock or orders, at the very least don’t pass the consequences on to the customer.

I like the contacts.I'm very disappointed! I ordered one time!!!! I was charged two times for the same item at least you sent them both and was not charged for nothing but please wait till I authorize the charge!!!Thank you.

They did not send me the correct contacts and ghosted me when I tried to resolve it. Do not buy from them they will screw you out money

I’ve bought contacts from Uniqso but i cant track it via the link they sent me. I e mailed them still no answer. How can i trust you if i cant track my order when its been almost a month since i ordered.

Absolute SCAM of a company. This was my second time ordering from them and I made sure to order a month ahead of the convention I'd need my contacts for. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I reach out a few days ago only for them to tell me that paypal has not processed it on their end, when that's clearly a lie and it was absolutely processed the day I made the purchase. Even after sending them, the transaction ID, they refused to express ship my order because it's 'against company policy' and claimed as a 'goodwill gesture,' they would give me a RANDOM pair of contacts with my NEXT order. NEXT ORDER?? Why would there be a next order if you can't even fulfill the current one? They did not even attempt to reach out at all about this issue and I would not have known if I hadn't been forced to reach out myself. They are a waste of time and don't care about their customer base. This was completely their fault and if they had just taken ownership and agreed to make it right when they royally messed up, there would be no need for this review.

The communication is absolutely shit.
I ordered 2 time from there and the second package arrived with no problems but, when I bought the fist order Uniqso told me one of the contacts where out of stuck, and asked if we wanted the money back from that lens. after that we heard NORTHING from them about the rest of the order. And every time you try and contact them they just reply with the same auto-generated message.
The costumer service is so bad.

Numerous emails to them they eventually come back to me saying that I need to contact the delivery company Yodell and chase it up
No refund - no apology - no nothing from them
I have never come across such a shit company as this one - I would never buy again from them

This company sucks. They give you only one contact and you literally have to SEARCH to find that information. It’s not listed anywhere big. I was supposed to get them for Christmas, and everytime I email them, only a bot responds. This company sucks, and I will not be buying from it ever again. One contact? Like are you serious? Horrible company, and horribly misleading. Yall need to fix this shit.

The website leads you to believe you’re getting a pair of contacts. Instead you receive one. This is a shady company! Will never buy from again and will tell everyone else to never purchase from them. Plus their shipping takes over a month!

UPDATE: I received my contacts! It did take around 3 months, I ordered my toric colored lenses September 14th. However, the contacts feel great and non-irritating so I think it’s worth the wait. I’ve been looking at the other styles, and I’m thinking of purchasing again but will keep the longer wait time in mind. <3

I haven’t received my contacts and it’s been 8 weeks with no updates to shipping or their support email.

Terrible communication. I had so many panic attacks because they told me my contacts that I needed for Halloween would come days after Halloween, and now it says 20 days till it gets here, but I just received them today which I'm happy about. But communication is awful. I like the contacts but I would not recommend ordering from this website. Awful experience.

I order contact lenses but This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order over a month and 22 days ago, and I still received nothing. Your website clearly says shipping takes 16 days, and I even paid for the delivery — yet I got no order, no update, and no respect at all.

This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I paid for a product that never arrived, and every time I ask for information, I get excuses and empty promises.

I truly regret trusting this company, and I wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Unacceptable and disappointing. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and your time — they simply do not care about their customers

They didn’t give me a shipping number to track my order, when I look at my orders it’s empty check all my emails no confirmation it went through but they were so fast to charge my account DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I tried to contact them and got ignore and it happens to so many people

UPDATE: they responded to my review which i appreciate and they said to check my ICloud email for my confirmation number I see NO CONFIRMATION email just that I earn points which gives no details of my order, they said they received it so imma just trust and give it time to get here so even with out a confirmation number I will give them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed like a nice company. But if time passes and I still do not receive my order or a refund. I will keep writing bad reviews on this experience and make sure the company doesn’t keep getting away with this if it is not solved.

I won't bore you with a long story.
I bought 1 pair of contacts and they arrived with the package open. (The seal broke and it wasn't ripped)
Sadly the lenses were missing but the cheap plastic holder was still in it.
So my opinion was that it wasn't stolen but just opened mid delivery.

I contacted the support team.
They explained I didn't purchase the insurance delivery (extra charge on top of the already expensive delivery default charge)
And all they can offer is 50% *store*:credit valued at half of the lenses.
Or sending the lenses again but I would pay 50% of the lenses + delivery again.

Honestly, this feels such a scam company as it's their fault for using bad packaging... And then refuse to give you your money back...

Their contacts are always comfortable to wear and always come with cases of their own! Will stick with this company!

Having to review again because not only has uniqso still not replied to any form of contact, they are now, without communication, simply canceling any order I try to place. They even listed the reason as being my own request, when it is not. Even after I got the shipping / in progress email, it reverted back and they cancelled it. They also appear to be constantly deactivating, but not deleting, my account, again without communication. They are going to extreme lengths to avoid replying to me about anything,including this issue. All I have tried to do is place simple orders and expect support/ communication when required, as they always encourage people to do, but it seems that unless you are a high profile cosplayer, they do not actually mean this. I even tried removing any problem lenses so that we would not HAVE to communicate, but they are still unjustly just canceling my orders.
Please Note that I have done nothing wrong. they have just refused to reply to any request for support.They themselves boast on their website that they usually reply within a few hours to a couple days, when this is blatantly untrue, and apparently they will retaliate against you for following up. So be aware that they can and will choose to ban you if you have any problems with your order as opposed to replying to their support form. I was reading back through my communication history and noticed that until 2023, they were very responsive and different in their service overall. Either there has been a change in management, or they feel comfortable enough in their reputation that they no longer feel like they need to treat customers fairly. If anyone from Uniqso actually replied to me and assists me in fixing this issue/ fulfilling my order, I will adjust the review accordingly

Edit as of April 23rd: They have definitely either banned or suspended my account. Every time I log in they delete my account again, even though mt info is always still there, even on sweetycons site. They have also blocked me. All of this ovet a simple inquiry, and they have never once sent me any email explaining.

Absolute rip off! One lense for £10?!!! I can get a pair for less than that on coloured contacts.com. never shopping here again

Last year I’ve ordered two contact lenses on sale and what could I say I was amazed I love these contacts till this day they are so comfy and I wore them Abt 10hours I would really recommend them and the shipping time to Germany was abt 2 weeks thank you 💕👌👍

My first time ordering and I'm happy with the shipping time and quality of their products, however two items are missing in my package. I contacted customer support and depending on how they'll handle this case I might change my review. Currently nervous and hoping they'll be customer friendly.

EDIT: Changing my review to a confident 5 stars! Despite their customer support being busy with inquiries their response time was very fast and after providing a bit of information they resolved my issue within a day. Highly recommend their service!
