Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. I placed an order (G8705S2089725) on March 6th and it’s been stuck for over 30 days. They keep using the same excuse about 'flights' but it’s clearly not true. The tracking with iMile shows that the store hasn't even handed over the package yet. It is very disappointing to be ignored like this. Avoid this shop if you expect honest delivery times. I want my order shipped NOW or a full explanation for this delay.

The logistics tracking site could provide general package status updates, but it does not display every step of the pre‑shipping and scheduling process, which may have led to misunderstandings.
Regarding customer service, your message sometimes maybe replied automatically by a bot and close the chat temporarily due to system settings — this was never intended to ignore or dismiss your inquiries 💌. We recommend sending an extra sentence or two to describe your question in detail when messaging us, so our human team can respond to you promptly. We've already replied to your latest message and are actively following up on your case.

I ordered 4 pairs of lenses
I ordered 4 pairs of lenses, the glasswing green & purple, snowfall bloom, and the yellow-green lenses. My eyes are naturally dark Brown and in the description. Regarding these lenses, they specifically state, they are for dark eyes, so I was assuming that's what I would get, but every pair of these lenses are so Misrepresented On the website. You cant even tell im wearing contacts. And the quality is the poorest of any contacts I have ever used. They will not stay in the eye, and its nearly impossible to even get them into the eye since they constantly turn inside out and stick together and just a complete disappointment. Will not order again and I hope maybe my situation was just a fluke accident otherwise I do not see how this place is even still in business.

I had been looking for colored contact lenses that are both affordable and comfortable, and TTDEYE turned out to be exactly what I needed. The website had so many options that it actually made choosing a bit difficult but in a good way. I finally picked a pair, and when they arrived, I was honestly impressed. The lenses were lightweight, easy to wear, and the color looked even better in person. I've worn them for several hours without any discomfort. Definitely a great find!

Lentillas defectuosas, cuidado con tus ojos!!
Compré tres pares de lentillas a principio de año.
Cuando abrí el primero, estuve con molestias en la lentilla derecha durante mucho tiempo. Hice de todo, la limpie con líquido de lentillas, le di la vuelta y seguía molestándome, hasta cuando me cambié al otro ojo, me seguía molestando en el otro ojo!! lo cual lo perjudicó por un par de días en los que ya sin la lentilla puesta sentía que me había hecho una herida. La izquierda sin embargo bien. Tuve que abrir la lentilla derecha del otro par y no tuve molestias. Cuando se lo comento a atención al cliente, me dijeron que no se podían hacer responsables porque ya habían pasado más de 14 días desde la compra, y que si quería otro par gratis, tendría que pagar los 10$ de envío (el cual es terrible, la empresa de transporte va posponiendo la entrega una vez llegada al país y no sabes de tu paquete en mucho tiempo).
No me parece justo habiendo enviado un producto defectuoso. Si compro las lentillas es para poder probarlas a gusto, y que tengan un mínimo de calidad. ¿A caso pretenden que me pruebe los tres pares antes del tiempo que ellos tienen estipulado? ¿Y si quiero comprar dos pares iguales para tenerlas para este año y el siguiente? (Como fue mi caso). ¿Qué culpa tengo como cliente de que no cumplan unos requisitos mínimos de calidad? Con este mismo modelo había tenido problemas el año pasado, porque me apareció roto en el portalentillas sin haber hecho yo nada. Esa vez se hicieron responsables....
He pagado más de 20$ por un par de lentillas defectuosas, que no me puedo poner y que me hicieron daño en el ojo.
En resumen, no los recomiendo, las lentillas tienen fallas en el corte y pueden producir daños y es preferible no arriesgar la salud ocular.

Love the amount of available options.
Really enjoy the virtual try-on option..because of this, I've ventured into more colors that actually look naturally great with my skin and style.
The one complaint I have is that to get free shipping that was only $10 I had to order over $80 worth of contacts after using the code. This kind of makes the codes pointless because the price difference is null.

I have been ordering contact lenses from TTDEYE regularly and usually always purchase the same type.
This time, they sent me a completely different color than what I normally order. I paid for my order, but I received something I never choose.
I contacted customer service about this mistake, which is clearly on their side, but they have not responded.
I am very disappointed with how this situation is being handled.
UPDATE:
I have already provided clear photos of the original order, the packaging, and the incorrect items received.
Despite this, I have not received any response via email, only promotional newsletters.
I contacted you last week and have not yet received a direct reply, except for your response here on this platform.
As the 14-day guarantee period is approaching, I kindly ask you to confirm how this issue will be resolved.
