Misleading Product & Unfair Refund Handling
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent $130 on lenses based on the website images, but the pair I tried looked nothing like advertised, so I didn’t open the rest. I was promised a full refund, but no return label was provided, forcing me to pay an additional $17 to send the items back within their limited timeframe.
Tracked shipping would have cost around $70, which was unreasonable, so I shipped it regularly and shared all receipts as proof. Despite this, I’ve now been told I’ll only receive a 50% refund because there’s no tracking.
Very frustrating experience—this does not reflect a company that stands by its product or its commitments.

These last contacts that I got I really liked, but I think my favorite are the rihanna color. They are like a combo, but look really nice on. The fact that they come rather quickly is really nice too
