Very amateur at best, no customer service
I purchased a pair of professional ear monitors, premier, to the cost of £2,700+. On receiving them there was a problem with the interchangeable face plates, stuck fast so these were sent back via a UK agent to ultimate ears, owned by logitech, we are now at the 10th of April with no return in sight yet, it's taking longer than it did to make them as they're custom made. If it's much longer I will be looking for a full refund and go to a more professional company, disgraceful. Your response is of no significance, dont ask me to do your job, deal with it internally. EDIT - 17-04-26. Here we are with no ear monitors in sight, I have no choice but to contact trading standards and my credit card company under section 75 the credit consumer act and my statutory rights. You're a disgrace and clearly show once you have the customers money you couldn't care less and please dont offer me links, do the work internally and try and prove me wrong ? As you will see i have copied and pasted my reviews on logitech, your parent company, your customer service is no where near professional and you should be ashamed.
Durable and good sound
I have a Wonderboom for more than 6 years now. When charged, it still plays a very long time, connecting to bluetooth is very easy and fast, I really like the sound (for a small speaker it has a deep sound and some bass). It has been in my bagpack, in my shower, on the grass, everywhere and it still looks clean and works perfectly. I hope their new speakers are as durable and surprising as this one.

Logitech’s "support" is a complete fraud. Since their last public stunt here, the reality has been pathetic:
The Ghosting: "Adarsh" was the last person to feed me empty promises of a "best possible solution" on February 5th. Since then? Total dead silence.
The Negligence: They’ve delivered THREE defective units in a row and are now ignoring the fact that they’ve asked me to breach international safety laws regarding damaged lithium batteries.
Final Escalation: My ARN report is finished and ready. I am officially done playing along with your incompetent support.
Consumer Warning: This doesn't end here. I will continue to post new updates on Reddit and Trustpilot daily to warn every potential customer about your fraudulent tactics. I will not let you steal my time and energy without ensuring everyone knows exactly how you treat your customers.
Adarsh, you were the final person to break a promise. The formal process has begun. I can guarantee you one thing, I will treat you the same way you treated me. After FOURTYONE (41) email exchanges, driving countless miles to retailers, and spending hours and hours on troubleshooting and empty promises you decide to ignore me? Well done, bravo!!

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS: Do not give this company a single penny. Ultimate Ears/Logitech has devolved into a fraudulent operation that sells budget-tier trash at premium prices and then hides from their legal obligations.
I have now gone through THREE separate Hyperboom units. Two were DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) and the third had a catastrophic battery failure immediately.
The Systematic Defect:
All these units are from production batch 2427/28 (weeks 27/28, 2024). Logitech KNOWS this batch is defective, yet they continue to let retailers sell them to unsuspecting customers. This is a systematic manufacturing failure that they are refusing to recall.
The "Support" Circus:
I have wasted my time on 30+ separate conversations with different agents (Yashwanth, Kaliprasad, Harish). After jumping through every single one of their hoops, providing hours of video evidence, and being promised an "internal escalation," they have gone completely dark.
I haven't heard a word in 7+ days since they confirmed escalating the issue. They are literally GHOSTING a customer with an escalated case involving three faulty units. To make it even more pathetic, their internal systems are so poorly managed that Gmail is now flagging their official support emails as PHISHING and SECURITY RISKS.
My Action:
I have officially terminated my dialogue with these clowns and filed a formal complaint with the Swedish Consumer Agency (ARN). I am done being a testing bunny for their broken products.
DO NOT BUY. If you have a Hyperboom, check your battery immediately before your warranty expires. If you don't have one, DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING ONE.
Logitech, I know your mods are reading this. Check Case 16805312 and stop being a disgrace to the industry. Your brand is going DOWN.

Do not buy from this company. You will get no sense out of their website. Your order will not be delivered and you cannot contact the company, nothing on their website works, not even the non-existent bot. You are stuffed. All you can do is go to your credit card company to try to get the payment flagged up for resolution.
Absolute piece of junk, no repair service, no support
Got an hyperboom that cost more than 500$, the speakers always struggle to power up. Long press, multiple press, it takes so many attempts to wake it up, and then, it shut down as soon as it power up! It's getting worst lately. The issue is well known all over the internet, tried to have a fix from support and they tell my they won't do anything because it's out of warranty. I would understand if it was an isolated issue, but look over the internet, there's a lot of person that has the same problem. They offered me a 20% discount to buy a new one ... are they laughing at me?
Stay away from their products, they don't stand by their products. I like my previous products, but I'm really disappointed with that one and I would never buy one again!

Speaker has lasted 10 years and still going strong!
I am really surprised to see all the negative reviews on here! Perhaps they have gone downhill since I bought my speaker but I hope not.
I bought a bluetooth speaker (UEBoom 2) from Ultimate Ears back in 2015. Ten years later, it is still working! The only thing I have had to replace once is the cable for its charger. It works perfectly still. In an age of planned obsolescence this is such a relief and I really hope they're still making products to this standard because I recommend them to everybody.
BEWARE Wonder-boom is a potential fire hazard
I was bought a wonder-boom for my birthday. It had been on charge approximately 35 minutes and the charger melted into the speaker i dread to think what may have happened if i had not been home, customer services do not respond i have tried and tried to get assistance and a generic email with the same thing comes back every time, the email address gets rejected and the phone number doesn't work. The online chat gave me a ticket number but no one has taken any notice!!
0 Customer Service- non existent help
I ordered 2 speakers on 22nd November, which never arrived, the customer service was non existent, I was constantly asked for my order number so they could trace it, but despite me messaging straight away to say I hadn’t received an email with an order number they kept asking for it, eventually got told it was on the way, it never arrived on the day stated, or the day after or even at all, it’s now 28th Jan and it’s still not here. I claimed a refund through my bank as I was going around in circles with Logitech( the parent company to UE) . I stupidly re ordered after UPS were blamed for the lost delivery thinking I’d give them the benefit of the doubt AND paid an extra £18 for express delivery on 9th Dec , it eventually arrived on 24th, but by then I’d given up and bought something else as they were Christmas presents. I returned the speakers on 7th Jan, they were received on 24th Jan and 2 weeks later STILL NO REFUND, having phoned multiple times I’m told I need to be patient and wait until it’s processed, I’m £300+ out of pocket( which I can’t afford) and the company and customer service ( which is non existent) don’t give a shit . I’m sure they’ll reply on her the same as they gave to every other poor review saying they’re sorry for the experience and please provide the ticket number etc etc and they’ll look into it ALL OF WHICH IVE ALREADY DONE MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL NO REFUND .

I ordered two EVERBOOM speakers on 11/29, with expedited shipping, and expected them on 12/2. Only one arrived on 12/4. After endless waits online and on phone, and repeatedly told “we are researching”, it is now 12/24 and no resolution other than we are “requesting” the “internal” team to ship a “replacement”, if approved we will let you know. Seriously? They can’t even look up what was shipped or supply any evidence that the second missing speaker was even shipped. Such BS. How do you replace something you never shipped? So here we are on 12/24, Logi has had my money since 11/29... Order still unfulfilled after 25 days. Just one "please understand" after the other and no resolution. The product is adequate at best, but the company is borderline criminal. DO NOT BUY FROM ULTIMATE EARS OR LOGITECH website directly. They have zero concern for their customers. So much for a Merry Christmas….

I’ve purchased before, from this company and enjoyed high quality ear protection (motorcycle use) for many years.
Last month, I attended the motorcycle show (NEC ) and spent £339 on the new “dual
driver” bluetooth plugs. I specifically asked if they would be sent by recorded delivery (signed for )
Three weeks later, I still haven’t received them.
A couple of polite emails have not been replied to.
Am I disappointed? Miffed ? Yes …
Product broken just after warranty expired
My Wonderboom 2 broke just a few weeks after the warranty expired, and cannot be repaired according to the store where I bought it. Apparently, the speaker and all its components are trash now, barely two years after purchasing it. Planned obsolescence is an absolute bane to our environment.

You get what you paid for.
My megaboom3 past it’s warranty 1 month and developed a charging problem; when I got in touch with support team they were so helpful and efficient. Received my replacement in 10 days after doing all the necessary checks.
They never made an issue for one month passed legal warranty. I love companies stand behind their products so strong. Thank you.
Broke, and impossible to fix
Sadly the same problem as other customers. Just after 2 years the battery died. It is impossible to replace the battery in the Hyperboom. As with the other review, I was offered a 20% discount - no chance of repairing it. For a speaker over £300 this was very disappointing.
Great sound, HORRIBLE user experience!
The UE HYPERBOOM sounds great, BUT (and it’s a HUGE freakin’ BUT) the user experience is the MOST INFURIATING I’ve ever had with a product. Sounding great is fantastic, IF you can turn your speaker on, or IF you can pair it with a device, or IF you could put it in stereo when you own two, which I do—but that’s a LAUGHABLE idea! I’d happily pay more for a sub-par system and actually listen to it. You’ve been warned, DO NOT BUY this unless you want to invest in endless frustration!!!!

4 months out of warranty and my speaker…
4 months out of warranty and my speaker won't charge. Customer service had me try 5 different troubleshooting procedures and nothing worked. I think they just gave me the run around. In the end they offered me a 20% off coupon to purchase something new. The longevity of their products is unacceptable. They should be fined for adding so much consumer electronic waste to our landfills.
