Company Won't Respond
Bought a pair of earbuds on Amazon. After only 2.5 months the case won't hold a charge but in the beginning I could use them 3 of 4 times before charging the case again. I have written to the company and, just like everyone else, they ignore me. Clearly don't stand behind their products so . . . never again.
From best to worst- product and customer service
Jlab epic sport anc. Excellent sound but noticed on longer runs the headphones would only last 3 hours. This has gotten worse to the headphones only lasting less than 1 hour. The headphones were always fully charged prior to run.This was then followed by significant connection issues. I am now reconnecting every 10 mins or so. I have tried all suggested fixes.
Disappointed as started very promising
Update. This issue was first raised with jlab on 21/3/26 and has still not been resolved as of 16/4/26. Jlab outlined due to demand and availability they cannot resolve this issue but yet these headphones are still for sale on heir website
Customer Service Came Through
I received the JLab ANC 4 earbuds as a Christmas gift. I was never able to get the left one to work. I tried repairing as suggested by customer service but nothing worked. Since I lack the receipt, they agreed to provide store credit of $70 which I found to be fair. I have purchased a different item and hope to report on it soon.
They don't last at all
I've tried 3 different types of earbuds from them and they all stopped functioning within 9 months of buying them. I've tried to go through customer service for support with pairing, connection and other issues but they just ignore my complaints completely then offer me a new pair if I cut up the old pair put it in water and send a photo to them?

I chatted to their bot around a month ago no c... has bothered answering though.

Ik heb meerdere producten van dit merk en ben er erg tevreden over. De prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. En de klantenservice is goed en je wordt snel geholpen.
Ordered the product but never received it
I am highly disappointed with Jlab. We have bought a few of their products in the past and have always been very happy with the quality, however this time our experience has been very negative. I purchased a set of headphones weeks ago - we were meant to receive it soon after we placed the order however it's been weeks and it hasn't been delivered yet. I have tried contacting their customer services a few times but I only get automatic responses that sadly don't clarify much. So I fear we have just lost our money and there's no human help behind.
I would like someone to get back to us please.

Kann die Marke leider nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten die Jlab Go Pop+ bestellt. Anfangs alles okay. Nach kurzer Zeit gingen die Kopfhörer einfach an sich stumm zu schalten ohne aus zu gehen. Man musste sie also einmal in die powerbank packen damit sie aus gehen und dann wieder raus holen zum neustarten. Dann ging es wieder bis sich es nach ca 30-60 min wiederholt hat. Kontakt mit Kundenservice war auch sehr komisch da man alles drei vier mal angeben musste damit die das richtige Modell einem als Ersatz schicken und was passiert,richtig falsche Kopfhörer zugeschickt. Jetzt haben wir die Jlab Go air Pop bekommen. Und das sind zwei sehr unterschiedliche Modelle. Eins lädt Typ A USB der andere Typ c. Und die Farbe vom Plastik ist auch nicht dieselbe. Und der größte Witz kommt noch. Die neuen Kopfhörer haben einmal den selben Fehler wieder die vorherigen aber sogar noch was. Der linke Kopfhörer von beiden ist ungenau gefertigt, sodass er nicht richtig in der powerbank sitzt und nicht lädt. Man muss ihn minimal nach unten drücken damit er lädt, lässt man los hört er auf. Also war der linke Kopfhörer immer leer. Und als letztes noch die Sound Qualität ist auch nicht gerade dolle. Also für den uvp Preis ist die Qualität viel zu schlecht

I use the small light purple earbuds I've had for 6 years, that have been left out in the rain, and gone through the wash a few times and they still work just fine without scratches

Bought a pair of earbuds for my son
Bought a pair of earbuds for my son. He accidentally dropped them while running and started hearing a weird bump sound when he would run after that. Contacted customer service Saturday afternoon and someone responded within minutes. They gave us a coupon code to reorder. Wonderful. For the price paid they are great.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY
If I could give them a negative star rating, it would be -5. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. On five separate occasions, I contacted them about the software for their Epid Mechanical Keyboard. This dumb thing didn't come with a "Home" and "End" key, but with their software, you were able to program their programmable function keys. NO ONE HAS EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME, except one CS person who said a tech would respond. That was 3 weeks ago. Their software page doesn't even provide the download for their software, other than a mouse they sell. The only thing epic about JLab is their epically horrid CS, and the fact that a modern keyboard is missing the basic functionality. THE WORST!

I have just bought and tested the JLab Rewind 2. Being a child of the 80s, I loved the retro look... very nostalgic. The sound quality is solid as well.
However, the charging connector hidden under the foam is a major design flaw. I bought these mainly for running with my 80s playlist, but sweat quickly accumulates in the foam and sits directly on top of the charging port. This makes me very concerned about long-term durability and potential damage to the plug. I don’t see a real solution to the issue. For active use, it feels like a risky choice.

Bought this product in Canada for $112 cas payment on one of my visit to Canada. The product has not worked or pair with my system from the day of my purchase. I read the manual and applied, went on YouTube for video play all to no avail.
On reaching out to them on their support chat l was asked to pay an additional $5 for me to be help in pairing.
This is really appalling and discouraging.
Please if you can avoid this product is a waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Product lasted 2 months of light use and stopped charging left bud. Said 1 year warranty but was denied. Junk, don't waste your money on JLab. Buy a different brand!
Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Left earbud not working and customer service is AI and not helpful at all. Wish I would have checked with this site before ordering from JLab.
Insane policy
As always i trusted the reviews without coming here and baught a pair of JLAB Audio - Go Air Sport. They were not expensve and seemed good for that price range. I recived a case, where the left pod was not charching. i tried all troubleshooting and wrote the stoe where i baught them (digitec.ch) and JLAB customer service. Digitec gave the money back in less than 24hrs.
Thats their answer: Kindly send us a short video showing the damaged product being dipped/submerged in water. (Include the charging case for earbuds set.)
IS INSANE. 1 pod is working. For new pair of earpods is not acceptable. As it is not acceptable to destroy them just to destroy them. I will buy other pair of earphones and give the ones i have to a poor kid in 3. World when i am on vacation next time in september.
JLAB Go won't go.
Over the last 3 months, I have had to different pairs of JLAB GO SPORT earphones. While they are a very comfortable fit, I can say no more positive than that. The first pair went dead in the right earphone after two months. Not even contacting the company for tips helped. I will say that they responded very quickly, with an extensive list of tips. I then got a new pair about a month ago. The right earphone cut out again. I can understand if I was treating these things roughly, but the most dangerous thing I have done with them is go on a treadmill while wearing them. Stay away from these.

My warranty claim was approved a month ago, but "Due to high demand and limited stock availability, there may be some delays in shipping." looks like they're waiting for the warranty to expire to renege the claim.
