Rubbish company do not order from here you will not receive it

Really disappointing promotion, advertised 30% and free gift after spending £120, applied the code and didnt receive the free gift as the discount then took me below the spend, this was not clear, T&Cs of promotions are not easy to find on the website either. Have bought elemis products for many years mainly via 3rd parties, think i will stick to that from now on. Also took a week to arrive which in the digital online ordering age we live in is too long!

Made my skin react into redness and under skin spots and dry ness

Terrible customer service. Cannot get a reply after they have not sent an e gift card to the recipient but have charged me!! Been on hold 3 times and then leave name and number to no reply terrible wouldn’t order from this website ever again.

Sadly loyalty seems to be a huge negative if you’re an Elemis customer. If purchasing via the Avios store (to earn Avios points) you’ll get 8 Avios per pound as a new customer but loyalty gets you only 1 Avios per pound. Such a shame that they penalise existing customers to such a degree (and clearly they don’t understand the importance of customer retention).

This is probably one of the best skincare products I’ve ever used. I have been an Elemis customer for over 5 years now and always get complimented on my skin. Unfortunately, the company seems to ride on their quality, but neglect their customers-a very typical pitfall. I echo what a few Trustpilot reviewers have said about the bogus discount offers and how they either don’t work, or are on products you hardly ever use. Elemis is extremely pricey, and for that kind of price tag, a clever marketing department would clock that your customers will need special treatment. The entire world is facing a global recession-Elemis doesn’t have the luxury of being so complacent!

I have tried a night cream for the first time and really quite like it… so was intending to buy more from this brand. But SHOCKED Elemis is not cruelty free! Knowing this, I will avoid Elemis like the plague in future…

I have ordered from Elemis 5 times. Each time I have spent over the qualifying amount for the free gift! The only extra I have ever received is 2 tiny samples! Never a free gift! You won’t get any more of my money.

So I clicked on the link from BA Shopping with an offer of double Avios on my first purchase, the click registered and I had a clickID in the account however, Elemis didn't credit my account, I had to do a manual claim of missing avios points. I then only received the normal offer as if I was a repeat customer and now this morning I've had an email stating the 300 points are now being taken away because some T&C excuse which I met. Someone else mentioned on here they lie on cashback offers too.

I guess I'll shop elsewhere in future.

Very disappointed with Elemis unfortunately as I love their products. Signed up for marketing alerts as I wanted to buy some Christmas goodies and there was a 15% promo offer. Literally every time I've tried to use it, the items are exempt. I don't think it's genuine at all! Went on the live chat tonight and was fobbed off with feeble excuses about terms and conditions etc. Have texted STOP to unsubscribe to the alerts but would be interested to know from others if any of their promo codes actually work.

Absolutely does nothing, complete waste of money I’ve been using it for years and no difference to my skin cheaper brands are better, will not be buying again as useless

I got the cleansing balm in a boots box of assorted toiletries. It's so nice to use. Great smell and lovely to use, feels very luxurious. So glad I had the opportunity to try it.

Not a good experience...

My mom had this skincare and I really loved their sunscreen products. I placed a $200 order for my birthday and paid for $25 shipping because we were going on a trip. The company didn't ship it in time and it rotted on our door step. They wouldn't issue a refund. Bad customer service for such an expensive product. It's also just bad business. You could have had a customer for life - but instead of doing the ethical proper thing, you made your customer take the fall for your shipping mistake.

I have been a regular customer of elemis for many years, have spent thousands of pounds with them, and always shopped directly with them rather than through retailers. Because of this, I have always used the site “TopCashback” to receive cashback on my orders as they had around a 5-10% cashback return on any orders - for years I did this, and received my cashback - which only made me want to continue shopping with them more. HOWEVER, over the past year all of a sudden every cashback claim has been denied, despite my many many checks to make sure I have all my cookies turned on, I click directly through the site - and have even contacted TopCashback for their advice to ensure I am doing everything correctly. Despite this, I have just had yet another claim denied (the fifth in the past 12 months!!) and been given the same old excuse that Elemis can’t find any evidence of me clicking through topcashback - which is completely and utter lies, as myself, and topcashback, can see the logs on the system where I have clicked through. I am now refusing to shop directly with them again, it is absolutely appalling that they can advertise themselves as providing cashback, only to rob you and cancel it way after the returns period has passed for the order - of course, if I knew what they were up to I would have instantly returned my order. As a long standing customer with them I am beyond disappointed, and I would hope that this is picked up by a manager or someone higher up to be investigated further/to find out if this is happening with other customers too. Do not waste your money with them.

As a long time user of Elemis skincare its sad to write this. Almost 3 weeks ago I opened a delivery of an incorrect item.
I contacted customer service, 3 people have contacted me, clearly without reading/understanding the email thread.
All I want to do is return yet keep being fobbed off with can you send a picture (that I sent on opening) it is too late to exchange as was a gift.
I need a return/refund but cannot seem to arrange as Elemis need to investigate with ther warehouse, which should not inconvenience me.
As a huge fan of this skincare brand the client care is awful.

I have been an Elemis customer for over 25 years and am really disappointed in their decision to start discontinuing some of their best products - Hydra Boost Serum and now the Elemis Peptide4 Antioxidant Hydra-Serum. They are trying to persuade customers to use the pro Collagen Rose Micro Serum instead. It is simply awful and dries my skin out. I used to trust the test results the company produce when launching a new product. I no longer do. Nor am I convince by the 'due to us leaving the EU or Wars' explanation for a discontinuation of certain products.
