I am very satisfied with the company. They were professional. They got back to me about my questions. Then they followed up with a phone call to see how things were going, and they sent the product in a timely way and a printing label to return something that I needed to return. I am very pleased and would recommend them to friends.

Great product

Extremely high pressure sales tactics in Cancun airport. Lots of bait and switch and double talk. Sales people will corner you in the back of the store and block your exit. They tell you you are only paying the 16% taxes (of which if you are a US resident you will be 9% back - which is true but they make you think that you are getting over half of the taxes back but in fact, it is only 9% of the 16%) and the product is “free” however then your card is charged for literally thousands of dollars and they rush you through the signing of the receipt so you don’t notice what you are being charged. Additionally, they do not offer any refunds, which is on the receipt, but is never mentioned in the sales pitch and they hurry you through the signing. First the have you sign in pesos and with Spanish then in dollars and in English. Awful awful company, do not recommend and PLEASE AVOID GOING INTO THEIR STORES - they WILL SCAM you!!

SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!! Do NOT purchase. RUN from the aggressive sales pp !!!! They sold me a red light product that does NOT work for thousands of dollars — saying I can return in 30 days. They won’t return !!!! I have called customer service numbers that do NOT work!! Ron the sales rep wrote on my receipt “return in 30 days” and I did not sign the no return. No one will return it!!! They do not answer phone calls!!!!

I purchased the SpaceTouch reviver with the pain relief head. Initially it worked beautifully. It had gotten rid of pain in my back where nothing else was effective. Shar was my contact when dealing with SpaceTouch. She was amazing to deal with until they got my money, and a lot of it. The device worked well for the first 2 to 3 weeks, but quit being effective as the red light started to flicker and it would not produce heat anymore. Shar sent me a new pain relief head, but after another 2 to 3 weeks, it had the same issues. I’ve reached out to the company several times since, but with no response. Her phone line disconnects as soon as I call. They don’t respond to emails. The large amount of money I paid for the product, I might as well have thrown in the garbage. I can’t say that I’ve ever been more disappointed in a company that I am with them.

My original Jupiter device had an issue and it wasn't working. It had a lifetime warranty. I contacted Spacetouch in January and attempted to get the unit sent back and repaired, After continually trying to get help from customer service to no avail and pretty much being ignored, I contacted you one more time and finally got a response. I did get a replacement. It took close to 3 months.

Well if you really want to know, the customer service used to be superlative.
Sadly it seems to have gone down hill. I wrote several emails about my eye tech breaking down for the 3rd time in 5 years, which isn't very good, but the fact ypu guys stepped up to the plate and replaced it no questions asked, that showed me your superior customer service. Seems I own both the Eye Tech and The Jupiter, Im a bit concerned that if my Jupiter had issues, I wonder if It will be a hassle to get it fixed or replaced, so far so good, its still working. However when I tried to replace my eye tech for the 3rd time I was asked for a ridiculous amount of 200.00 US dollars for shipping. I expressed my displeasure in this, as this is a warranty issue, no fault of my own. The lady argued with me, wouldn't help with my concerns, in fact stopped responding to my emails, till I made a threat to call the better buisness bureau, which i didn't like doing. I had read the terrible reviews about the customer service and the enormous costs of shipping and boom, I get a response and my shipping that wasn't possible to reduce, ended up 25.00 and sent me the eye tech without sending the other one back? Anyway in the end I happy to have this resolved, but unhappy it took 2m of stress and multiple emails. Before you had zero stars, today it's 2. Probably should be one.

The representative was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. She helped me with re-registration of my device. Also enquired about the problem with my device and replaced it with the new one. This certainly gained my trust in your company and your products. I believe that your company will have a very successful future.

I have been using the SpaceTouch Reviver for a few months and have had a very positive experience so far. The device is easy to use and fits well into my skincare routine, and I have already noticed some encouraging improvements in the appearance of my skin. In fact, I was so happy with the result that I decided to buy another head, the Pro Laser, in order to take care of some skin condition.

Customer support was really helpful when I had a question about my order. I received the Pro Laser head today and am looking forward to incorporating it into my routine, although it is still too early for me to comment on its results.

Responsive, polite, prompt

Everyone from this company have been kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. From the salespeople to the owner to Shar in customer service they have gone out of their way to help. Have several products including the Cosmo Pro. I am just starting to see results. Will let you know when I have used them longer!!

My replacement was smooth and easy. Just got my new device and I sent the label in the box to send back. I love my Jupiter.!!

I used the Jupiter device everyday the first 2 weeks. My skin looks healthier and brighter. Looks nourished. It's easy to use. Takes no time at all to use on my face. I am also using in spot areas like my hand, knees, ankle, feet.

We purchased this item at the airport in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The people who were demonstrating the effectiveness of this product along with other skin care products were very knowledgeable and we were very impressed. We had no intention of purchasing this device and the accessories but after listening to the benefits and seeing a drastic difference in our skin integrity we felt it was a good investment in our future of skin care and the aging progress. Excited to see what the future holds without the need for Botox, fillers, and plastic surgery!

This is a follow up to a review I left on 2-12-26. This company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and there have been numerous complaints filed by unhappy customers.

What was a chance encounter moving through the airport in Cabo became a whole experience. I met Ariel!!!! Now if you knew him, that would be enough. But let me explain. Ariel is an absolute joy! He’s an experience by himself. And here I was thinking that I was going to just get some new cosmetic products. I got so much more! Ariel is honest, loving, and amazing at what he does. And you can tell he loves what he does. And we are now connected forever because he not only sold me products but warmed my heart. Now I have not tried every product just yet because I’ve been still traveling but THEY WORK and you can see visible results after 1st use, so I can only imagine what consistency will provide.

The customer service team is very helpful when you have issues with any of your devices. I have both the Eye Tech device and Jupiter device.

I have heard and hope it is a Great product but it comes with little to no useful information or guidance on how to use it

My wife and I stopped at Cabo airport by young guy name Ariel , he was super nice guy and very helpful we. After a session we decided to purchase from him the reviver set we have been using it for a month now it’s work!!!
