I was very excited to use these profucts. So I have ordered Medik8 retinal for face, eyes and Tetra C. Spent around £160. How shocked I was that after month of using my skin instead of improve my lines turned to awful, acne, red and irritated skin. I am absolutely depressed, don’t know what foundation to use to cover as , as when I cover acne dry skin become very noticeable. I feel sorry for my money but much more for mh skin which was totally ruined. Now I am trying to order some formula from Dermatica just to fix this awful acne

Dieu sait que j en ai utilisé des produits peptide vitamine c de beaucoup de marque et là enfin plus de boutons de réel effet sur les cicatrices même creuse d’acné niveau rides j’attends encore un peu plus d effets mais au vu de l’effet général je suis prête à prendre mon temps mais je ne lâcherai pas cette marque indispensable pour moi après un parcours infernal avant la découverte au vu des commandes que je passe seul petit point quelques échantillons offert ne serait pas de refus mais merci medik8

My order arrived and one of my serums was half empty even though the seal hadn’t been broken. I contacted Medik8 customer service with photos and a video and they straight away apologised and sent me a new one. Brilliant customer service.

I have received a broken dropper inside the serum package and when I emailed them, they responded me immediately and send me a new package since I can not use the serum. I always appreciate Medik8 products quality and now also approved to me how professional they are. Thank you!

Purchased the crystal retinal recently, arrived quickly, skin is already feeling smoother and had comments that I was looking brighter! Also the c-tetra advanced (through another retailer) which combined seems to be making a difference!

I ordered creams and serums from Madik8. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cosmetics and the beautiful packaging of the package. Good quality, the result is noticeable after a couple of uses.

I love this night cream. It feels lovely on the skin, is easily absorbed and leaves no greasy residue. My skin looked and feels more hydrated and smooth.

Brilliant products and excellent service every time. On occasion I have had email communications with Medik8 and they have been efficient and timely to respond and communicate to address any questions I have had, whether it was about a product or my points or anything else. Am absolutely delighted with this company and its products.

I am a huge fan of the Medik8 products and highly recommend! Not oily nor heavy application; the products leave my skin feeling rejuvenated!

Have used various medik8 products for years, however recent changes to the site have been really off-putting. They now give loyalty points, but you can't use them with other offers (which from my experience is not standard, most companies let you do this). So you have to buy products full price, so your loyalty points don't save you anything at all... You're better off not using them and waiting for promotions. In addition to this, I've had an email saying I have £6.50 of points expiring in a few weeks, but you can only actually use £5 of them? 🙃

If I continue to use medik8 in my routine it'll only be by buying from third parties, it's far cheaper now than buying direct/trying to navigate this questionable 'loyalty scheme'.
