I contacted customer service yesterday evening and spoke to Isabelle. Despite the lateness of my email she contacted me and was able to resolve my issue almost immediately.

Today, on my first visit to Elemis located in John Lewis store, Brent Cross I had my facial with Clelia. Clelia, many thanks for today, I feel revived, thanks to you and your magic hands. I was a bit nervous before but Clelia was amazing from the very beginning. We clicked straight away, amazing customer service, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced. She made me feel like a star. I will definitely go back!

I’m a new customer and I’m loving the products. My grand daughter said it looks like I’m wearing makeup when I have nothing on my face. (Lol). I reached out to customer service with a question, they responded quickly and resolved my concern. Top notch service. I highly recommend.

I had a lit of questions about various elemis products. I e-mailed Anita several times and she was very gracious and answered all of my questions. I knoe if I need any more help she will b there for mr. Great customer service.

The customer service i received from Olivia and Stevie were exceptional.

I purchased some items and had to return the wrong one, they were helped me get this sorted in a timely manner.

Once my return was received Olivia dispatched the correct one straight away. She was polite, reassuring and did her level best to ensure I got a positive outcome.

I made the most of the 20% discount on offer, but unfortunately the payment method I used bypassed the Elemis discount code. I immediately contacted Elemis to rectify this error and Shelley (Elemis) responded straight away & arranged for a credit to be arranged. Very good customer service 😀

Jess from customer care USA was extremely helpful with an issue that I had with my order. She was open to the feedback, narrowed down and resolved the issue in a timely manner and triaged internally for further investigation. This was my first time ordering and although it was originally a bumpy start, Jess helped to make it better and will consider this when I consider future beauty purchases.

I received a sample of their eye revive mask through Ipsy and totally loved it! I ordered their eye serum to try that and when they offered a free complimentary gift, I ordered the eye mask. The gift was not included in the shipment and upon contacting Elemis, Isabelle immediately shipped it out. Excellent customer service! I’m very satisfied with the company and the support I received.

I ordered a couple of things for my partner (who didn’t want chocolate for Easter) but after checkout realised they may not arrive in time. I contacted Customer Services and spoke with the amazing Janette. She couldn’t have been more helpful and went out of her way to help. Within less than two hours I’d got confirmation my order had already been dispatched ! Thank you Janette, you are a real credit to Elemis. Great products and even better staff
