Avoid Corfu trip to Sivota and Blue Lagoon
We booked this TUI excursion expecting a family-friendly day of sightseeing, swimming and visiting the Blue Lagoon. Instead, the boat was dominated by passengers smoking and vaping throughout the trip, with cigarette smoke drifting across much of the boat for hours. There was little chance to avoid it, and several members of our family, including children, felt nauseous.
Nothing in the TUI description suggested this would be an environment where smoking was so prevalent. Had we known, we would never have booked.
If you’re travelling with children or simply want a relaxing boat trip, I’d recommend choosing a different excursion. Families deserve to know what to expect before they book.

Don’t bother
Booked a trip and the day after I get an email saying they won’t honour the booking because of lack of availability. Quite happy to take people’s money knowing there are no available spaces for the trip

45 days for a low refund!
We flew out to Athens coast hotel via easyjet but were unable to book an excursion via easyjet. in the lobby was a tui France rep and after talking to her she advised us to book arglolis Town and ruins trip at a cost of 280 euros in cash. On the morning of the trip 9th June and after waiting for 40 mins we asked a different rep who told us it had been cancelled , no emails or messages to tell us. when we eventually spoke to the rep she said that we would have to be refunded via bank transfer that would take up to 5 days. Has we didn't have much cash left we had to use the local cashpoint at a cost of £302 for 300 euros in UK this would cost£260 so out of pocket £40 due to them not refunding cash... 10 days after we got back with numerous emails and phone calls we were told up to 21 days from the 3rd of July .. we got a refund on 24th July for £230. this equates to 82p per euros at the time it is 85p per euros , so even on tui exchange £230 would be 265 euros not 280 so down again by 15 euros. all we have had is a sorry and all I'm expecting to get from this review is sorry .. no compensation about the wait and the cash we've lost because of their cancelled trip. Extremely disappointed with poor customer service. Won't be using tui musement again.
Update we apparently were charged for having our refund!!!!! And they said sorry!!

Ganz schlechter Service
Ganz schlechter Service. Sollte mit TUI App verschmolzen werden. Stornierungszeit 2 Tage vor Aktivität ist sehr schlecht. TUI Musement sollte sich ein Bsp. an GetYourGuide nehmen. Für mich gibt es keine Buchung mehr bei TUI Musement.
