No problems with ISA transfer
I have been critical in the past of banks who have unreasonably refused to carry out my instructions to transfer MY money to MY accounts, so a shout out today to TSB for carrying out my instructions to transfer a full annual ISA cash balance to another of my accounts elsewhere. No objections, nanny state questions or hissy fits about why I wasn't using them for my ISA, They just did the job, first time, no mess, no fuss.
It can be done.

Needing assistance with updating an account
I mentioned needing assistance with updating my account following a change of interest. Jane recommended I set up an ISA and said she would call nearer, I got a call to arrange an appointment about 3 weeks later to tie in with the tax year.
Jane G is a Money Confidence Expert in the Witney Branch and really is an expert. She explains, gives suggestions and solutions and helped set up the account, get rid of another old un used account and made suggestions on other things that may be helpful to me.
Jane was understanding, never pushy and just really easy to chat to and sort out where I needed help. I then needed to pop back a couple of weeks later and Jane recognised me and helped me almost on the spot despite the branch being very busy.

Tried to register on my new phone several times in the last 6 months.
Went through each step carefully & have been unsuccessful.
Absolute rubbish.
I use several banks, TSB is the worst for online access. No issues with the other banks.
Will be closing the account asap.

Wonderful experience at Stevenage today
I wanted to share a pleasant visit i had visiting the Stevenage branch today. I had some complex fraud on my account the other day which I was fed up so I decided to visit the Stevenage branch to sort it out. I just wanna say a Massive Big Thank you to Muhammed who i saw today who helped me sort out the Fraud case. Muhammed was very patient and even though this took over an hour he handled it well. Honestly, I cant believe it was the first time I actually enjoyed spending time in an actual bank. Hats off to Muhammed he was fantastic and really interesting to talk to.

As POA, it is proving impossible to close my father’s account.
TSB deliberately withholding funds despite POA and ID held on file.
In addition, they offer paltry interest rates for customers, esp elderly folk who are unable to access comparison sites.
The worst bank I have ever had to deal with!
They've lost £19,400 of my money!!
I tried to transfer £19,400 to an external savings account. I chose an existing payee from my banking app and completed the process as required. I then looked at my savings app (not TSB) and the money is nowhere to be seen! Huge panic ensues along with trying to use the pathetic chatbot which was additional waste of time. Following a sleepless night, I rang the helpline. Helpline does not really describe the overseas agent at the end of the phone. A lack of ability to speak or understand English did not help. After slowly explaining 5 TIMES what had happened, they lodged a ticket with their investigation dept which will take 10 DAYS! They've lost £19,400 of my hard earned salary and are treating it like I've mislaid a tenner. I'm at my wits end. Come on TSB, put me out of my misery and try to trace the money you've lost.

Went to Irvine branch with completed authorised POA paperwork which their employee refused to take and send to their legal department. Paperwork was correct and agreed by the Office of the Public Guardian Scotland. I lodged a complaint and the employee has lied and said the paperwork I showed her was not signed!

I went bank for a review of my finances, Nadine refinanced my loan and credit card and saved me ,325 a month and reduced the interest rate- Now I am able to save 200 a month for any future needs,
Nadine was friendly and helpful I am really happy she helped me.
TSB refusing to pay cash into my account.
Ok.... recently I have tried to pay cash into my TSB account through my local post office. My transactions have been refused.... apparently there is an annual £10,000 limit to paying in cash through the post office.
I am a taxi driver so have to pay in regular cash deposits. My 10 hr shifts puts me outside TSB banking hrs (which shuts at 4pm) so am forced to use the post office..... After 2 weeks of refusing to bank my money I am now in danger of going overdrawn!
I was told to fill out an online form to ask to increase that £10k limit....which was recently refused.... looks like i will be looking for a new bank then.

Excellent experience I had today with TSB. I had an appointment with Muhammed Abdullah to discuss refinancing loan/ credit card. Very helpful discussions and he was very warm, thorough and very patient with me.

I lost my debit card and rang the TSB Lost Cards number. I spoke to Adrienne who was so efficient and helpful. She immediately blocked my debit card and also went through all recent transactions with me to check no-one else had used it. Excellent service. Thank you Adrienne.

Ruby at the Lincoln branch of TSB was amazing and so helpful went through everything with us and was so helpful and informative . Made sure we understood everything. She is an asset to your company. It was a pleasure to visit . It’s great to have the face to face interaction. 10 out of 10 for Ruby. People at the top need to realise that face to face interaction is important to people.
Customer service don’t care.
Been having issue after issue with the banking app and they seem to constantly be doing maintenance making funds completely inaccessible. I tried to speak with customer service to see if there was any way to rectify my issue and only to come back and say ‘have you tried resetting your phone’ obviously I have. I always contact customer service last as 9 times out of 10 they are useless and don’t help. Only thing they helped me with was giving a dissatisfaction form. Put 2 stars as I got through to customer service relatively quick.

Very bad communication to new…
Very bad communication to new customers,judgemental staff had issues with payment dispute to be reminded I had a payment dispute before ,not really the point,non existent call centre staff on a weekend,based in SE Asia or somewhere,not good customer service
Poor communications and options
Poor communications and options from TSB. No human response over weekend and their Chatbot is particularly useless and frustrating to use. Seemingly unable to confirm switching bonus conditions have been met nor when it will actually be paid - unlike other banks who are much more user friendly. TSB needs to get their (very poor) act together.
