Chaps payment
Needed to make a large transfer to my solicitor for a house payment using chaps. went to the old swan branch in Liverpool and was helped by Jake. very thorough and put me at ease doing one of the most important transactions I’ve done. Many thanks to the old swan branch

During my visit at Leytonstone Branch, Mr Raf Hassan demonstrated a high level of patience, and genuine compassion. He took the time to fully understand my situation and went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. It was clear that helping customers is not just a duty for him, but something he truly cares about. In shorter version : Mr RAF Hassan saved my life.

Toni from the Cameron Toll, Edinbburgh, branch was fantastic helping my gran set up her Internet banking and all other banking needs

I was very impressed. I went into the Bolsover Branch and was met by Joshan. I had wrongly input some data which resulted in my not being able to access any online or phone call services. Josh sorted this out efficiently after ID checks, was incredibly helpful and courteous and I left with a renewed faith in the system. TSB will be getting my custom from now on. Thank you. Best one to one service I have had in years.

I had a disappointing experience with the management at Tsb Glenrothes branch. During my visit, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful when I raised a concern. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they seemed uninterested and spoke in a way that felt unprofessional.
This made the overall experience frustrating and left me feeling that customer concerns are not taken seriously.

A great experience in arranging my product transfer.
Linda was on hand to walk me through it and answered my many questions.

I got Superb Customer Service from Christine at Nottingham Victoria Centre. Christine took some considerable time and effort to help me with an issue. She went above and beyond. Thank you very much!

Helen @ Stowmarket was incredibly kind and helpful when I had to request a large set of bank statements. After I booked an appointment she called to find out what I needed. When she heard that I urgently needed a set of bank statements from a closed account and would be driving for almost an hour to show my identity documents, she arranged for the statements to be printed ready to collect at the same time rather than put in the post. I have also had two instances of very helpful phone conversations with staff in connection with this matter. AS an attorney for a relative I need to be able to go into a branch on occasions so it's a shame that the branches are now all too far from my home to bank with TSB. But I would highly recommend their customer service based on my recent experience.

TBS aired A Dog From Flanders.... Monday, It brought back feelings and tears I have not felt in a very long time. I've always had labs or retrievers, and I lost my last one 8 years ago. Lost my other half in 1992. I am and have been very alone since. 7 surgeries last year, resulting in two new hips and being able to read a book with no glasses in 70 years. To say this movie was a dynamic wakeup call would be understated.

Went into the Doncaster high street branch this afternoon to sort out some banking. As me and my husband entered the main area we were met by a lovely young man called Max He helped us sort out our banking without any issues. He was really professional but very personable too….. a real asset to the branch.

I visited the Luton POD and spoke with Tahir, who has always treated me with the utmost respect. He helped me make the most of my finances, secured excellent interest rates on my savings, and supported me in applying for a credit card that offers 26 months interest‑free. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and will definitely be returning to see Tahir again.

Never use this bank

I tried to open an account with them at the end of April and its been a nightmare. They are so bad and I can't even complain to them or withdraw the money I put in and close the account. Next step the FCA.

So the bank told me that the card was lost. I called the fraud line as per web site number 08000968669. The auto said it was "none fraud" After a series of questions it asked for the security code on my card that I do not have so was passed to an "agent" but no answer - actually just a fob off as far as I can see. Same of the same. Just to be clear I went to the branch to apply they know me I have id and they refused to give me the money in my account. Its ok for them to use my ID to open the account and pay money in but not let me deal in my own money.

Just managed to get through and they could not find my account sent me back to branch. could not register a complaint without access the account would not give me email contact details for customer service of complaints sent me back to main menu after telling me he would transfer me to the department that deals with it but could not tell me what department that was.

Wanted to leave a review regards the outstanding service I received from staff at two different branches who went above and beyond after I’d made series of mistakes in relation to banking and loans.

Ruth & Eman from the Hammersmith branch quickly responded and understood my mistake and at no point looked to blame me or make me feel like I had put them out.

They helped correct my mistakes and updated me accordingly and frequently as agreed.

The other branch involved was High Wycombe where Bhavine and her staff were equally fantastic and efficient.

5 star ⭐ customer service and it’s only right in this day and age where all we do is complain that I leave a positive review and honest feedback, I only hope they get to read or hear about this from their management teams.

Dreadful customer experience. Spent 15minutes waiting to be put through to an advisor for an online internet query. A guy with a very heavy accent called Neville asked me no questions said "they'll send an email - click on the link". When I complained he didnt even ask what the issue was he said let me put you through to another department.

Like going back to early 2000s before regulators made banks take customer service more seriously.
