Very bad company! I think that "one star" is too much!

I booked the flight via their website, but after the purchase, I haven't received any confirmation email. I haven't got either an email reminder for the flight or any details related to my flight. I emailed them to ask for information and they replied after 5 days after my flight was already gone. The customer service is the worst. I would suggest you buy a ticket flight with another company. Tripair is a scam

No pude dar 0 porque no hay opcion. ESTAFADORES sin atenuantes. Hace 3 años compre pasajes por Alitalia a travez de esta "agencia ladrona". Se supendio el vuelo pro tema de COVID-19 y al poquito tiempo, Alitalia cerro como empresa aerea. Hasta el dia de hoy no puedo recuperar ni siquiera una parte de lo abonado. Las respuestas que dan son siempre las mismas, y ahora salen con que le pasaron el tema al banco con el que ellos operan. Decenas de mails y aun sin respuesta. LADRONES Y ESTAFADORES

Worst Tripair, they are Fraud, They will not refund your money if your flight is cancelled. Dont book through tripair.

If 0 stars was an option, that would be my rating!! Do not use this agency, they do not reply to emails or phone calls! So not get trapped by the website citing “efficient customer support” … it’s NON EXISTENT!! You can’t check in online, you can’t book your seats, this is purely a portal to buy tickets and good luck with the rest!! I will never use this site again, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!

Ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld von der stornierten Flugreise mit Swissair, seit Juni 2020….Bin echt enttäuscht von Tripair/Flyair!!!

My flight was cancelled by the airline because of a national strike. I was offered an alternative train ride at the same departure time instead. This way i could continu my trip as planned.

Présente des prix attractifs et au moment de payer, plus rien ne marche et le trajet disparait des recherches.

Même si les tarifs peuvent parfois être attractifs, ne commandez jamais sur ce site.

J'ai acheté un vol "aller" uniquement, et j'ai été facturé pour un aller ET un retour , alors que je n'ai même pas choisi de date pour ce fameux retour.

Not a great experience, they seem to be slightly cheaper than the Airline price. You go in fill in your details, spend a few good minutes to complete transaction and suddenly the price goes up.

If only I can give negative stars this would be my first time. Such an awful company. It's scam type operation witch I fell for it like so many others. It has been 3 years since I booked plane tickets from them. My flight was canceled do to covid restrictions. At first they kept telling me to wait for 30 days because they have to ask Qatar for the refund and so on. Qatar told me that they have refunded the money to Trip Air immediately, providing me with proof of payment. Once I confrunted Trip Air, I have never heard from them again.

Wykupiłem 3 bilety na lot w obie strony wraz z możliwością odprawy on-line i wyborem miejsc. Niestety okazało się, że linie lotnicze nie mają możliwości wykupu miejsc na swoje loty. Poprosiłem Tripair o zwrot pobranej płatności za usługę, niestety poinformowano mnie, że Tripair nie odpowiada za to, że dana linia lotnicza nie świadczy usługi odprawy online. Masakra !!!!

I didn’t received my refund yet! I try to contact them with email and phone call I never received an answer. The system told me only to wait 5-30 days, are pas like 4 months!
I don’t have a word for this bad behaviour, very bad… really!
Never book again wit them!
Never again.
I still want my refund right now!

Po podaniu numeru karty (ważnej, z odpowiednią ilością środków) pojawia się komunikat o błędzie i niemożności sfinalizowania transakcji. Myślę o zastrzeżeniu karty.

Wie viele hier wegen Corona wurde Flug 05/20 storniert. Zunächst hat die Airline nicht erstattet, dies ist aber schon seit längerem nun passiert. Auf Kontaktversuche erhält man auch immer schnell die Reaktion, dass es nur noch 40 Tage, ein paar Werktage etc. dauert. Passieren tut aber nichts, dann wieder Anfrage und das Spiel geht weiter. Bestimmt jetzt schon 20x so wiederholt. Ein Schelm wer denkt, dass das Masche sein könnte...vielleicht vergisst der nerve Typ es ja mal langsam...echt traurig und armselig...

Our plane was cancelled two years ago due to pandemic outbreak. TRIPAIR is handling our case with patience for the past two years. I finally got my refund back to my credit card account. Tripair shows to me it's been responsible and a reliable agent!

Very poor experience. They did not send the tickets after booking (only email text) and also did not inform me about the flight that was canceled.
Will not recommend anyone to go through that harrowing experience. Better book directly with the service provider.

very bad agent and i am reporting as fraud and this should be rmoved from WEGO , am going to cancel with them
