Highly recommend everyone to buy plants from this site, I ordered 6 tricolor willow plants and they all arrived happy but due to heat stress 4 plants died very early, but as soon as I contacted customer service and mentioned the situation they happily replaced all my plants with very healthy and mature plants. I absolutely love them and really appreciate the company efforts, in short I can say that I am a very happy customer and in future I ll be buying plants from fast growing team….

Very disappointed! I saved up to buy the white storm-proof Hydrangea. I finally splurged and spent nearly $200 on six 1-quart plants. When I opened the box, I was almost in tears. They're very small, I mean tiny with barely any leaves—one even has just a weak stem with few leaves. I contacted the company after a few emails, but I was told I can't return the plants, and they won't replace any if the stem is still green. I've ordered from many different companies before and was satisfied, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. My advice is to avoid this company. It honestly feels like a scam.

With Fast growing trees there are a wide variety of trees available at affordable prices. If a tree is not shipped we'll you can call right away to get it replaced or if a tree doesn't survive the first year you can claim a warranty on the tree and get it replaced given that you took good care of the tree.

None of the plants measured up to the size advertised. Some plants came visibly damaged, not from shipping, but older wounds from the nursery. Every other plant died in a month.

The only positive is that they refunded my money. Don’t waste your time. You’re better off at Home Depot.

I love this company. We"ll see if the trees survive and if their warranty holds up.

Excellent products and very responsive customer service. I had a problem with one tree. They are sending a replacement with no questions asked. A hearty "thumbs up".

Worst Fedex shipping experience. The tree arrived emaciated (most of the leaves had fallen off). It was suppose to arrive the last three days of perfect weather outside. Of course the tree got delivered on a flash flood day which exasperated the planting situation. Sad.

I've purchased dozens of trees and shrubs from this company (now trees.com) over the last few years and always received great plants and great customer service. Most recently, they agreed to replace an avocado tree, even though it was more than a year since it was purchased. I just had to pay the delivery fee. I felt really listened to and well taken care of by the very friendly customer care rep!

I received my flowers, bushes, and trees ($600 worth) in a timely manner with fast shipping. The plants were well packaged and healthy. It has been over a week and they are doing ok (some transplanting shock but overall ok). I had an issue with how one tree looked due to cutting the leader and the other limb curved at the trunk instead of straight up. Customer service asked for a close up picture and once I provided it, they promptly replaced it.

I had ordered from them in the past, but have not had luck recently. I was sent an undersized and wilting cherry tree, I sent phots as requested and then they wanted more photos. I went to my local nursery and bought a much healthier and larger cherry tree for a fraction of the price. The alive and thrive guarantee is not worth it as you get charged for shipping once again (which would be close to the price of the new tree that I purchased).

Zero stars. Ordered 400+ plants from 8 nurseries for garden remodel. Wish had not ordered from fast growing trees and will not do so again. Plants were packaged terrible and arrived in awful condition (basically dead-on arrival). They insist you go the guarantee route to solve, which is kinda nonsense since you then have to do a million things PLUS pay for replacements. If you can buy from somewhere else. Do. I wish I had.

Order was placed in February. Email confirmation gave a ship date of May. In June it was changed to July. In July it was changed to August.

I ordered 3 trees, one died right away last spring. I reached out this year and told them about the tree dying. They asked for picture and they were provided. I followed up and nothing. They never replaced the white dogwood. The other two are doing well. Just disappointed they don’t stand behind their promises and will not ordered from them again.

I've ordered from this company 4 times. Out of that, I've received dead plants twice and the plants that did arrive healthy are so insanely small, it will take a very long time to reach maturity.
To make matters worse, the latest delivery company they hired left the driveway, drove through our front lawn (despite signs stating to not do so), got stuck in the lawn, and resulted in deep ruts, damaged sod and a broken sprinkler head. I sent photos and security cam video of the incident; FGT said "tough luck" and their carrier (OnTrac/LaserShip) is MIA (4 emails and no response).
In all, I wish I had saved my money and gone to our local nursery where I could have purchased mature plants for nearly the same price, and saved my lawn from damage. Please don't make the same mistake I did, do not waste your money with this company.

Everything I have ever ordered from FGT has thrived and I am very happy with them so far.

Will never order from them again. I took the risk because of their guarantee but they are not honoring any replacement for me. Received dwarf korean lilac tree (4-5 feet) which was just a stick with leaves. Cost me $140. It came via fedex in crushed box which was labeled fragile. I should have refused shipment. I have been emailing them back and forth since June 7 and sending pics they just tell me wait 2 more weeks every time. I have spent so much time trying to save this tree and it still looks dead. Technically using their scratch test on the bark it is still green so they are not sending me a replacement.

I like their website layout which was very helpful searching for narrow, tall, fast growing shade trees. Lots of pictures of mature trees let me know what to expect.
The shipping boxes are very sturdy. The plastic pots are wrapped in plastic bags to contain the soil and moisture. A couple of my pots had taken a pretty good hit and ⅓ of the soil was in the bag but the roots still had plenty to survive the 50 miles to my home.
All but one of my plants arrived in satisfactory condition. My cherry tree had a 1½ inch chunk of bark, about ⅓ of the way around the trunk, peeled back from the trunk which did not happen during shipping. I planted it and hope it will heal.
One of my Poplar trees isn't shaped like I would prefer even though it should grow healthy. It has a short straight trunk, and then one large limb angled to one side which will probably become the trunk for the rest of the tree. If I had seen it in person, I would have passed it by.
*I forgot to add, I had ordered and received 14 trees total.

The trees arrived on time. One died within a month but the biggest problem is they don't grow!

I bought the extra fertilizer. I have them watered. I have them in full sun and they've grown less than 2 in. in the last 16 months.

To make it worse I bought an Alive and Thrive guarantee and because I am two months out of the coverage period, because I was trying to give them a chance to grow, I got a rude email of "we can't help you and we don't care."

The same trees are cheaper at Home Depot, much better quality, and larger to start. Save your money, shop local

5 business days after taking my money and acepting an order, they could not give me an estimated delivery date for a time sensitive event. Also, they refused to cancel my order. The Order was useless to me because it was not shipped or delivered timely. This company has extremely bad customer service. I went theru their AI chat bot and 3 separate representitive to communicate my required for a delivery date and no meaningful information could be provided other than they took my money immediately and will not perform timely. WARING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
