Excellent quality - a touch pricey

This was a business gift. The item delivered is what was shown online. Client like the gift.
Just wished you could have more taller plants as options. Don't recall seeing that many.

I ordered an orchid from The Sill for an employee who recently experienced a loss, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Ordering was simple, and the plant arrived exactly as expected.

I am especially impressed with the packaging. Orchids are delicate, and it was clear that great care was taken to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. Our employee even commented on how well it was packaged.

Everything went exactly as planned, which meant a lot given the circumstances. I would absolutely order from The Sill again.

There was no card attached to my order in spite of my submitting one.

Had to babysit my order to make sure it was shipped for months. And a lot of the leaves look really bad. I thought yall checked these things before shipping. It’s chewed up looking with brown crispy edges, torn and shredded leaves. I would think after this long it would be perfect. This looks really bad to be honest.

I was not happy to have my order shipped in multiple packages and at different dates as this was a gift. I won't be using this website again.

It came on the day you said. The packaging was good, the plant was in good health.

Easy ordering and delivery! My plant came healthy and happy. There was a mix up with the plant I ordered and when I called customer service they quickly and pleasantly sent out the correct one!

After a long weather delay I received an orchid that was badly damaged in transit. It was replaced and the new plant is beautiful.

My bunny cactus came with one of its arms broken off. I can’t find anywhere to upload a picture of it or file for a new plant.

This was a second order as the first arrived damaged. My issue was handled promptly and the second plant arrived with no issues. The only thing I would recommend is adding a fragile label to the box when shipping pots that are breakable.
