Jonathan
Jonathan, whom I dealt with, was extremely helpful and understanding when I had to change tickets due to a death. He processed my refund immediately.
He also supplied me with information to contact the various train companies as all my trains were late.

Jonathan refunded the money I had spent and advised me how to book again.

They saved me a fortune on a trip with split ticketing and when a journey went wrong they sorted out alternative tickets and refunds for the original straight away

Resolution of PlusBus validation problem
This is the best site for PlusBus add-ons when bought with rail eTickets. Whenever said tickets aren't recognised by the bus ticket machines in a particular zone I send the details to TrainSplit customer services and they promptly chase it up with the machine supplier.
TrainSplit are probably the main reason why PlusBus eTickets work more often than they did a year ago.

Top notch customer service
The customer service experience is truly unmatched compared to any online service provider I have ever used. I was instantly put in touch with not only a real human, but in fact a real software engineer who could diagnose and resolve my problem with real technical expertise.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I typed in the wrong email address so hadn’t received my tickets and I got a very speedy response from Jonathan that enabled me to access the tickets and travel on the train I had booked. A huge relief.
