My printer failed the day before I was travelling and I was unable to print my tickets. Adam in Customer Support helped me through the stages required and transferred my booking to enable me to print my tickets at the station. All carried out with minimum of fuss and on a Sunday as well!

Customer Service was excellent and such a quick response. Only negative is the £5 admin fee as it was a genuine mistake and I rebooked anyway.

Although I've used this company quite a lot and has been my go to place for advance train tickets for a few years. Today it's been the first time I needed to reschedule a journey. Their Customer Support were very patient and helpful and prevented me making a costly mistake.

Pam was so helpful and kind in her communication with me and was able to offer me a full refund on my ticket when strictly speaking, she didn't have to. I very much appreciated her behaving like a human, with understanding and compassion - she went above and beyond. Very satisfied customer and will be looking to book with Train split more often now. My train with Southern railway was cancelled so I had to cancel my day trip. Trainsplit refunded the money without any issues.

I have to say… TrainSplit have yet again dealt with my enquiry in such a friendly manner and advised on what is required and sorted a refund. My partner uses trip.com and is still waiting for help after having to battle with the chat bot!
I have no hesitation recommending TrainSplit and thanks Pam for your help - twice in a few days!

Absolutely superb service received from TrainSplit customer support. I was affected by the recent cancellations due to the heatwave and made a claim for a refund which was processed and funds received in less than an hour. Fantastic communication from the customer service team who were very helpful and kind replying to any question within minutes. Highly recommended. By far better than my experiences with the railway companies.

My train journey was changed to a longer route because of some problem with scheduling, and involved me travelling from an amber heat alert area into a red heat alert. I pointed out that the advice was not to travel in a red alert area and Trainsplit agreed. A refund is on its way I believe. Thank you.

Approached for a refund on an advance ticket as unable to travel to extreme weather conditions.Within 30 mins received an email reply confirming full refund processed and funds credited back to card. Excellent service all round.

I've used TrainSplit a lot in years ast to save money on tickets. This time I bought an Advance train ticket but with the heatwave, TfW were advising people not to travel and offering full refunds where we didn't. I contacted TrainSplit Customer Support, half expecting problems and wishing that I'd just booked direct with the operator or Trainline. I needn't have worried as TrainSplit processed the refund on the same day. Great customer service.
