Sabrina was extremely friendly
Sabrina was extremely friendly, polite and professional from the off, dealing directly with my enquiry speedily, to the point and offering additional aid if required. She is definitely the type of frontline worker that you don’t get too often these days, so it was a pleasure to talk to her.

Helpful customer service
The gentleman I dealt with named Raj today was very kind and helpful, plus patient with me. He heiped me complete the paperwork I sent in to tpt as I had made a couple of mistakes and missed part of one section out.

Pensions advice
I was worried about calling as I struggle to understand and retain pension information. Raj at TPTwas extremely calm and very. very patient. He was really helpful and obviously knows his stuff.

Angel was very helpful in explaining my retirement options and timescales. Angel was also very patient with my questions and explained in non-technical terms to help my understanding. I didn't feel like any question was a stupid question and feel much confident now about what I need to do and when. Thank you Angel!
