I have been with cushon for almost 3 years.
For 2.5 years I have been trying to transfer my pension from Malta. I understand it is not a typical request but 2.5 years, really?!
It takes 2 months to complete a simple form. Communication is non existent.
Calls are not returned.
My complaint was closed and a new one started, with no resolution.
Disorganised, terrible customer service, poor all round, would not recommend.

Really good pension company, they even find your old pensions with just the name and rough year of employment, found one for me for over £2000 that I thought I had lost, and only give the name of the company from 15 years ago!

We had simple query and it took over 2 weeks to resolve whereas we were originally advised it would take 48 hours. It was only resolved when I called for the 4th time. You had responded with automated emails and no action to all my emails chasing resolution.
We were happy to give you a good score for the final resolution but a poor score for the time it took for you to deal with this simple query and the frequent chasing letters you sent us.

My workplace swapped to this provider. Communication is great.
Super easy to transfer an existing pension over. Were very helpful in facilitating the transfer in good tume frame.

Used app to report a small problem with a repeat transfer which was delt with straight away,Pension is doing much better with Cushon than it was with my last provider, so fingers crossed for a better retirement

Low fees, good performance, easy to use app and responsive help from the Cushon team. What’s not to like?

support team members are very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable when handling queries.

Fuss free and information is sent regularly.
In the previous question i answered that I wouldn’t recommend the company to friends. The only reason being that I don’t discuss pensions with friends in general. So it wasn’t a slight on the company.

Had an overall good experience. But it will be better if you could reply to mails often.

Said before, they are very prompt with replying. Also persistent in getting a solution.

The login system is not good the password is all was not working
You have to ask for a new password setting or you don't receive the 6 digit code
