I started off being confused about how to draw down my pension. The staff were absolutely brilliant. I was fully informed about one pension pot then transferred seamlessly to the next team who fully answered my questions about my other pension pot. Sorted in less than 15 minutes after worrying about it for ages!

Useless document
Just had an email from them saying that my annual pension statement was available-these are due at the end of September each year. So I logged on to the website and found that the statement was for the year ending 1 October 2025! Almost a year late and as a result totally useless. I’ll be looking to move my money out well before I actually need it, as this seems to be typical judging by the 1 star reviews.
