This company needs to realise as a pension company many of its customers are elderly and dont have good i/t skilIs. I sent the forms in which they sent me to reclaim a small amount which they told me do.they then said they weren't valid forms as they were out of date. I sent another lot in which they said they didn't get. I was struggling to print off a 3rd set and asked for them to be posted out and not emailed or put on their portal.they said.couldnt be done as I was registered at a previous address.i sent in documents to prove my old and new address and had an email on 24th August saying address had been changed and the forms posted. I had a recorded delivery letter the following day confirming this.i have just spoken to them asking where the forms are to be told it was put on an attachment instead. Every email etc takes ages to reply and has to be chased up things they promise aren't done. I have been trying to get this money since 16th may. I just want the forms posting out like they did with the first lot, I will complete for the 3rd time return recorded delivery and get the money I am entitled to.how hard can that be? Only gave one star as you can't give zero stars.

Raj was able to answer my questions and he updated my details. The only downside was that I had to wait a while for the phone to be answered. On another occasion the phone was answered straight away

TPT are utterly useless. I've been in my job for two years and still have yet to receive an Annual Benefit Statement despite sending them being a legal requirement. Their website barely works forcing me to call them multiple times with each time a new apology and a new deadline. Frankly if they can't deliver basic service they shouldn't be in business.

Raj was really helpful in explaining how to complete the forms. This is the second time I have had contact with Raj, both times he has been courteous and very helpful.

I have a learning disability and was struggling to understand and complete some paperwork. I was treated with respect, patience and kindness and was very impressed by the way my call was handled by the staff member Andrew who showed excellent understanding and professionalism throughout the call.

The last gentleman in the complaints department was helpful and informative.
I originally requested my lump sum in May, ready to holiday beginning the 28.8.26 Unfortunately, my money has not arrived.True, I made a mistake with the original package that was sent to me, although I feel the pension package and instructions were overly complicated and the links via e-mail to speed matters up were not easy to use, particularly for a person, like myself of a certain age.
I have withdrawn sums of money from other pension schemes and this one, by a country mile, has been the most frustrating and error strewn one, to date
Upon ringing the Contact Centre, all operators have been courteous and appeared professional. However, documents, which I had returned, were lost in the system. My belief is that there is a lack of communication between departments.
Returning to the IT issues, l struggled with, even my 14year old grandson, who is reasonably well equipped to deal with issues could not deal with the requirements of accessing my account.
Finally, as a positive, I believe the company has invested ,to a good standard with my pension

The customer service agent Tom is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I spoke to him a couple of days ago about enquiring into my pension and this young man followed it up for me without any further request and contacted me to update me. This was excellence service and the shoe man is a credit to your Team.

Only just started discussing with TPT through their online chat, but so far it’s very effective & helpful!

I have been help by Sabrina with my password reset and then my pension pot information. She is by miles the most calm assistant. She just allowed me to log in without me feeling rushed. She sorted everything lm so glad. This is excellent service. 😊

I couldn’t remember my membership number so called TPT expecting to have to wait awhile on the phone but to my surprise & delight, I was put through straight away.
Raj was extremely helpful not only resolving my problem but also advising me on another couple of questions I had.
