I have found the website a bit frustrating to navigate but each time I have spoken to staff they have been excellent.

Absolutely appalling service from TPT
Absolutely appalling service from TPT. I followed their process to update my bank details, yet they still paid my pension drawdown into an account I no longer use.
After waiting five weeks for them to correct my details, they made the same mistake again. Their response showed a complete lack of urgency or concern, and their complaints process was equally unacceptable. I was promised a call but received an email instead, telling me to transfer the money back and wait another 10 days.
This is someone's pension—not a minor inconvenience. The level of incompetence, poor communication and lack of customer care has been shocking
