Absolute garbage company
Absolute garbage company. THEY messed up my autopay ONE time.. and repossessed my car on a Friday night knowing their offices are closed until Monday. There goes my car and all of the expensive work related items inside. Once Monday rolls around and I call, I am met with over an hour of hold time. Then, once someone finally answers, they transfer you in circles hoping you have less patience than they do incompetency. Now, they have given me 2 different companies with 3 different and false phone numbers to call to find out where my car is. I can buy the entire annual salary of this "customer service representative" in cash, but they won't even let me get my car back. Still on hold btw. Truly a disgrace of a company.

14 ans après financement de mon véhicule Toyota par Toyota Financemet je m'aperçois que le gage n'est pas levé alors que j'ai fini de payer ce véhicule depuis 11 ans ! Impossible donc de le vendre gagé !!! Communications très laborieuses avec les services en question. Impossible d'avoir confirmation de mes multiples demandes de levée du gage ! Une fois le gage lev au bout de 3 semaines, aucune confirmation de cette levée par Toyota Financement ! Il a fallu que je me rende sur Histovec pour le découvrir ! Aucune considération du client ! Aucune excuse de leur part pour cette grossière erreur !!!

Moi je suis client chez eux suite à une voiture que j'ai acheté chez Toyota à Arcachon j'ai voulu faire un remboursement anticipé de 3000 € qui est prévu dans les contrats des crédits ballon pour un véhicule d'occasion mais manifestement Toyota financement vous amuse sans cesse par téléphone au bout de 15 appels aucun document transmis on vous demande à maintes et maintes fois de vous renvoyer le tout par signature électronique qu'on ne reçoit pas on renvoie cela par courrier en gros cette ancienne n'est pas à la hauteur du service client fuyez cette enseigne elle est pas hauteur et je trouve ça lamentable qu'on nous prend vraiment pour un bon à rien
Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service, they claimed I cashed out my GAP insurance balance which I never even received, I asked for a copy of the check in that way I can file a police report but they couldn’t even send that. Their customer service is nasty and useless
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Becoming familiar with Toyota Financial Services has been the worst experience of my life, even eclipsing having a fractured skull and brain haemorrage since I had the misfortune of signing a finance agreement with this shower. Got a 4 year old car that developed a fault after 2 weeks and sent it back and the problem was bodged and the exact same fault reappeared more than 6 months later (emissions fault - countdown to impossible to start from 700 miles). Made a complaint to TFS and they completely ignored all of my correspondence and then sent their final response after exactly 8 weeks to extend the hardship for as long as possible. Their final response then said that the car hadn't been seen since it was purchased even though I provided them with the evidence of the first trip to the garage, the details of the fault and the invoice. I am currently waiting on the investigation of the Financial Ombudsman to conclude but I have had a completely useless car outside for 5 months now that I'm still paying for. I wish I had seen this page before I entered the agreement. This company should be prosecuted. They are an absolute disgrace. STAY AWAY!

Scandaleux, après la reprise de mon véhicule toyota pour un autre(même marque), je vois apparaître sur mon compte un prélèvement de 26 000 euros, somme qui aurait due être payé chez le nouveau concessionnaire .......
A ce jour aucune excuses, aucun regrets, pas la moindre prise de contacts pour indiquer l'incapacité de cette société à gérer ses propres dossiers.
Clairement lamentable.

Les prélèvements sont aléatoires et 2 fois par mois, ils ne correspondent pas au contrat.
Je suis prélevé de 2 fois la somme et personne ne prend en charge le problème.
17 appels au service finance, jamais la même personne et toujours en cours de règlement mais rien.

Don’t buy from Schottenkirk Toyota in ANY state!
Purchased a 2024 Toyota Highlander from Schottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford, TX. Purchased on June 26. Vehicle was not in stock but was allocated to this dealer. Was on a boat coming to Houston, TX. Told we could pick it up in 3/4 days. Finally was able to pick the vehicle up July, 14. My payment was set for August 11. Had to completely do the application and all paperwork over again. Got a call from the dealer that Toyota Financial was not honoring the 4.75% rate because the new dates on the contact was in July. Had to come back a third time and do a paper application and contract package after we had been driving the vehicle a week. Here it is August 8 and I still have not heard from Toyota Financial and my payment is due 8/11. Dealer says don’t worry, it’s only accumulated interest since June 26 with no ability to pay principle only to get the per payment interest rate down lower and pay off early. Bob Schottenkirk’s “customer first” vision has been replaced with the vision of the customer over a barrel being greased up for the screwing. Stay away from any Schottenkirk Toyota dealer and by all means never finance with Toyota Financial. If this ever gets straightened out I’m refinancing through a Navy Credit Union.

À fuir, ne commencez jamais avec ce système de financement car vous ne pourrez jamais vous en sortir sans laisser des plumes.
D'abord, ils ne sont pratiquement jamais joignables. Et quand vois arrivez à leur envoyer votre insatisfaction, ils ne la comprennent pas.Quand vous voulez racheter un contrat , ils vous pénalisent le temps nécessaire pour que que la mensualité suivante soit prélevée et ne pas être remboursée au prorata .
Et vous l'avez dans " l' baba"...
Un seul conseil: faire une opposition bancaire assez tôt.

They told me to get the document from the bank when instead they had the document for the Maintenance Auto Plan (MAP) in their dealer office.
They were trying to avoid paying the claim.

Je n’ai jamais vu des gens aussi hautains et incompétents à la fois. Un conseil ne traiter jamais avec Toyota financial services car vous allez le regretter. Injoignables et si par hasard vous arrivez à les joindre vous avez l’impression de les faire ch….er excusez moi du terme. Je suis tellement en colère.

When part exchanging my vehicle, I rang Toyota Financial Customer Solutions team. Tyesha was incredible! She was enthusiastic and really wanted to make a stressful situation a seamless one for me.
After speaking with Tyesha, her knowledge allowed me to understand I could actually stay with Toyota finance on a better deal than the finance company I was about to take the vehicle out with. I cannot thank you enough, Tyesha. You have been so helpful from start to finish.
I will be recommending Toyota Finances due to this experience.

Cannot access my online account because Toyota's website screwed up my email address (created a nonsense sequence), so I cannot make a payment. Customer "Service in the Continental U.S. (800) 874-8822" is an endless automated answering machine with only a handful of canned options. The canned response for account access resets the password and emails it to the nonsense email address they have on file.

Pris une Aygo en LLD. Suite à une situation financière difficile, j'ai rendu la voiture. On vous certifie que l'on déduira ce que vous avez versé du prix de vente. En fait non, vous remboursez la totalité des mensualités. Pendant ce temps ils ont vendu la voiture sans jamais vous dire combien. Donc ils font une belle culbute.. j'ai donc payé
quasiment 8000 euros avec les frais de tribunal... voleurs donc .....

Disgusting! I have been with Toyota for four years now. Every year, I got accepted on finance, apart from this year. Disgusting and pathetic behaviour and service. Once my term ends on my current vehicle, will hand it back and never return. Disgraceful and should be ashamed of yourselves.

Awful company. I have tried to trade my car back in for a different car. I was happy when I heard the new car would use the same financial company and thought it would be fairly straight forward. OH HOW WRONG I WAS! Before the car company could even do a credit check I had to do an affordability check with Toyota.... I got declined!! I have an excellent credit score and all they did was check my bank accounts, one which is a joint account and also has my current car payment going out. They clearly did not take into consideration any of this. I have never missed one payment with this company on my current car. I am now stuck with my vehicle for another year and I will never ever be using this company again.
