I purchased starter sets that came with the Size 0 Advanced Anti-Colic+ nipples (teats) for my grandson here in the United States. Regardless of where they’re manufactured, I bought them in the U.S., yet I’m now being told that I can’t purchase additional Size 0 nipples because they won’t be shipped here.

My grandson is almost five months old and still cannot tolerate the next flow rate without choking. Every baby develops differently, and not all American babies are ready for a faster flow at the same age. The Size 0 nipples have been essential for him.

The standard Tommee Tippee Anti-Colic bottle nipples have a flattened tip, and they simply don’t work well for his tummy issues. The Advanced Anti-Colic+ bottles have made his tummy pain significantly better, but now I can’t replace the nipples.

I’m not asking for a special discount or exception—I don’t care what they cost. I simply want the ability to purchase a product that was already sold to me in the United States.

My other daughter is expecting my second grandchild soon, and after seeing this experience, she’s reluctant to try Tommee Tippee products at all. It’s disappointing that a product that was available here is no longer accessible to families who genuinely need it.

I hope you’ll reconsider making the Size 0 Advanced Anti-Colic+ nipples available for purchase in the United States. Many babies have feeding challenges, parents and grandparents should have access to the products that work best for their individual needs.

Needed a replacement straw for trainer bottle as ours went down the drain when I was washing all the individual parts 🙈
Couldn’t ask for better service. Did an online chat with Antony and he has sent the parts out to me once I showed proof of purchase. Extremely helpful, otherwise it would’ve been another baby product wasted!
I also can’t speak highly enough of the prep machine and the uv steriliser in the tommee tippee range. Liver savers when it comes to hungry babies and quick and efficient sterilising bottles!

I ordered two of the all season sleep bags and their baby nail file. We had previously been trying to cut our little one’s nails with clippers but found this very difficult. The nail file has been a complete game changer and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I did experience some difficulties with the delivery of my products due to an issue with my address. I was fortunate enough to have got through to Debbie in customer service who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. She clearly explained what I needed to do in order to rectify my mistake and left a point of contact for me in case the issue remained unsolved. I am very grateful for Debbie’s assistance and I am very impressed with the service I received. If only all customer service could be as good as what I experienced with Debbie and Tommee Tippee. I will definitely be using the company again and would recommend highly to others.

I needed a part for my manual pump which I had bought from a pharmacy. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and got that ordered for me. He was really friendly and caring, i only wish I had remembered his name to put in this review!

Long wait times but overall great customer service

Great customer service- I needed a replacement part for my manual breast pump and I couldn’t find it on their website. Tayla and Cienna dealt with my query efficiently and arranged for 2 of the parts to be sent out to me at no charge. The delivery arrived within a couple of days and meant I have avoided having to buy a whole new pump! Thank you for your help.

I had a great experience with Tommee Tippee customer service. I contacted them regarding faulty anti-colic bottle valves, and both Cienna and Izzy were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They were friendly, responsive and kept me updated every step of the way.

Even when I struggled to identify the batch code because it was so difficult to read, they were patient and worked with me to resolve the issue. My replacement valves were arranged quickly and without any hassle.

had a manufacturing issue with teats we picked up from local supermarket, resulting in baby not being able to suck any milk out. spoke to nicholas and beth and within a. few hours they’d placed an order for brand new ones to be sent to my address highly recommend ❤️
