Complicated Assembly
I received a free bottle in a baby box to try, it is absolutely horrible. I cant even assemble it. You shouldn't have to read instructions to assemble a silly bottle. Not even worth the bother! Too many parts, waste of time.

The best experience ever
My experience with this company was awesome and the ladies I dealt with Florence and Izzy were very helpful and supportive. I needed a couple of lid replacements, they didn’t have them. They are resolving my issue by sending me two brand new cups so my grandsons won’t be without.

I can't believe the level of service this company has for its customers. They went far and beyond my expectations. I had an issue with the flow of liquids coming out super fast. I reached out and asked for 2 replacement valves to purchase because I looked everywhere for them. I didn't know that they don't sell them. Instead, the customer service representative is sending me FOUR replacement cups. BEAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Thank you Florence and Martin for your help. Worst experience. The slowest flow bottles they have drowned my baby. I contact and asked if they have preemie options. No of course not. So I have $100 worth of bottles from my baby shower I specifically asked for that I cannot use or even return for that matter. Very furious with this brand. Every bottle should have a preemie option!

Here at Tommee Tippee we understand that each baby is different and will have different needs. The smaller bottle allows you to make a smaller feed for those little ones that have a smaller tummy and also so that you can trial the teats without wasting feeds.
Having a preemie can come with its own challenges so we do not want your feeding journey to add more stress and discomfort, one of our Parent-Care Specialists have reached out to discuss this further with you so that you can get back to feeding your little one with ease.

Tommee Tippee Starter Straw Cup
The Tommee Tippee Starter Straw Cup is the best for little ones! I have not found a comparable straw sippy cup. My son picked up on it right away at 6 months old, which made an easy transition away from bottles.
Their customer service is very helpful and replaced the straws when they were no longer functioning as they should. Definitely recommend!!
