Excellent customer services
We have bought several products from Tommee Tippee since having our first child and the quality of the products is great. We recently encountered an issue with one of the products bought through a different retailer, contacted customer services directly and the issue was dealt with very quickly by Cienna and Thomas. Replacement parts sent out with no issue

Amazing customer service!!
I had an issue with my prep and go flask so I contacted customer service for some help. I have to say the customer service I received was incredible, I couldn’t fault it. Beverley Helped me and she was amazing. So friendly, quick and resolved my issue within a matter of days as well as sending a good will gesture. Not only do you get great products from Tommee tippee, you get the customer service too. Great brand!! Thank you Beverley

I needed some replacement screw rings…
I needed some replacement screw rings that I'd lost for my baby's bottles and the support team in the chat were super helpful. Although it shifted to different people a couple of times, they were able to put a specific order through for me for what I needed. Really pleasantly surprised at the customer service, more than happy to recommend to others.

I had an issue with my tommee tippee rapid cooler and Martin and Hororine made it quick easy and hassle free to get a replacement one sent to me, thank you very much. The rapid cooler is fantastic and I use it all the time so having it replaced quickly and without fuss has been a refreshing customer service experience, thank you

We had an issue with our horn size in…
We had an issue with our horn size in that the default supplied was too small. Support solved this immediately and shipped out new sizes free of charge.
This was for the double breast pump.
