It was the worst experiences ever!!!! Looks like a joke. I did book ticket for flight, paid it, then they send verification by email that ticket paid and so on, after I was waiting for ticket by itself , I did call and they said it will be in my email in few hours. After 5 hours they sent me email with cancellation and my money still frozen under refund. I have flight tomorrow morning. For excuses they said the prévia for tickets did change in website , that why they did CANCEL MY TICKET !!!!! No excuses , nothing. In the end I should buy new ticket for double price and waiting for refund of 24 hours minimum!!!!! Horrible

Unfortunately, in some cases the fare or ticket availability may change while the booking is still being processed, especially when the departure date is very close. As a ticketing agency, we are unable to control such changes on the airline’s or booking system’s side.
The payment authorization has already been released from our side. The time required for the funds to become available again depends on the processing terms of your bank.

A lot of extra payments
A lot of extra payments, couldn’t choose the seat and my prefers we’re not taken into account. When I bought the ticket, it said 8kg hand luggage, the picture showed a suitcase, but when the ticket arrived at the post office, it already included a small bag, not a suitcase. At first the program asked a payment for online checkin although it was previously written that it was free. In the end, check-in took place at the airport.

Ми перевірили технічну сторону оформлення замовлення і бачимо, що квитки були виписані саме на ту дату, яка була обрана під час бронювання. Технічних помилок з боку нашої системи під час оформлення зафіксовано не було.
Також бачимо Ваш запит на зміну дат. Ми вже передали колегам терміновий запит на його опрацювання, щоб якомога швидше перевірити доступні варіанти та умови зміни.

I purchased my airline tickets through…
I purchased my airline tickets through Tickets.ua expecting not only a smooth booking process but also professional customer support.
After purchasing my tickets, I contacted customer service with a simple question about the baggage allowance included in my fare. Instead of providing accurate information or verifying the fare conditions with the airlines, I received incomplete and, in some cases, misleading information.
As a result, I had to contact both airlines directly to find out what baggage was actually included in my tickets and what the applicable rules were. This took considerable time and effort that should not have been necessary.
In my opinion, if a company sells airline tickets, it should also be able to explain the fare conditions it sells or, at the very least, verify the information with the airline on the customer's behalf. Customers should not have to do this work themselves after purchasing their tickets.
The booking process itself was straightforward, but the after-sales support fell well below my expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Tickets.ua.

Problems with "Flexible Ticket" service and non-transparent pricing policy

I have had a very negative experience with Tickets.ua. I encountered significant issues when attempting to change my flight date using their paid 'Flexible Ticket' service.
First, the information provided by the company regarding the cost of the date change turned out to be incorrect, which feels like a deliberate distortion of facts to extract additional funds. Furthermore, I have received no official explanation or apology for this discrepancy — the company has simply ignored my requests for clarification.
The issue remains unresolved, and I have been forced to initiate a chargeback procedure through my bank due to the failure to provide the service as promised.
I do not recommend purchasing additional options like the 'Flexible Ticket,' as they do not guarantee the promised level of service or transparency. Be cautious with this company if you value certainty and honesty in your travel plans.

Please note that the Flexible Ticket service facilitates the processing of changes and may provide additional flexibility, but it does not guarantee that changes can be made free of charge, as airline fare rules and any fare differences still apply.
From our side, the service was provided correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions. If the proposed rebooking conditions do not suit your needs, you may submit a refund request in accordance with the fare rules of your ticket.
We regret your disappointment and remain available should you have any further questions.

After reviewing your booking, we would like to clarify that the initial payment covered the ticket change to new travel dates, including the applicable airline change fee and fare difference. Subsequently, at your request, another change of flight time was processed. Since airline fares are dynamic and change according to availability, the previously available booking classes were no longer accessible at that moment.
As a result, the additional amount charged was not a duplicate payment for the same tickets, but rather the fare difference required by the airline for the newly selected flights.
We understand that fare recalculations can be confusing and appreciate your concerns. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to provide any additional clarification.
Never deal with tickets.ua
I had an extremely negative experience with tickets.ua.
After my flights were cancelled, I was not informed promptly and no workable alternative was offered. The replacement options had unrealistically short connections, so tickets.ua eventually advised me to request a refund and buy new tickets myself.
The refund process has now lasted more than two and a half months, and the money still has not reached my account. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted support by email, chat, and phone, while also contacting the airlines directly.
The Jetstar case is particularly concerning. Tickets.ua initially said that only the Gulf Air segments would be refunded. However, after I contacted Jetstar myself, the airline approved a full refund. Without my own intervention, I might never have known that this money was refundable.
Tickets.ua later confirmed these amounts in writing:
* Turkish Airlines: EUR 60
* Jetstar: EUR 119.10
* Gulf Air: EUR 512.08
They then claimed that the Gulf Air amount had mistakenly been stated in euros instead of US dollars and announced a total refund of only UAH 26,727.
Even after correcting the currency, the calculation remains unclear. Tickets.ua has not provided an itemised breakdown, the exchange rates used, the conversion dates, or details of any deductions. They have also sent contradictory messages saying that the refund was “processed,” while other emails say it will only be paid after the airlines transfer the money to the agency.
Despite all these statements, I still have not received the funds.
I was forced to contact the airlines myself, obtain refund confirmations, correct errors made by tickets.ua employees, resend their own previous emails, and repeatedly explain the same situation to different agents.
This has been a slow, confusing, and non-transparent process. Tickets.ua failed to provide proper support as an intermediary and placed the entire burden on the customer.
**I do not recommend tickets.ua.**

After a long process and multiple follow-ups, all funds have finally been refunded.
I appreciate that tickets.ua eventually reviewed the case again, acknowledged the issue, corrected the refund calculation, and returned the remaining amount.

Вже більше тижня не можу отримати конкретну відповідь з приводу повернення грошей за квиток на рейс, який авіакомпанія Flyone перенесла на 4 доби. Квитки замовляла та повертала через TICKETS.UA, як тільки дізналась про перенос рейсу. Мої телефонні дзвінки залишаються без відповіді, а на листи приходять стандартні відписки.
