Lo que no me gustó es el funcionamiento de la audio guía, la compré en español, seguí todos los pasos claramente detallados en el Mail que envían, descargue el mapa y todo fue un desastre ya nada concordaba con la guía. Demoré mucho tiempo en encontrar las áreas y pinturas detalladas, al consultar ni sabían dónde estaban. No pude finalizar el recorrido

Perfect - we did not want to wait in the lane, so we booked digitally the tickets and it was perfect, weg got the tickets 10 minutes after booking and went without waiting directly in the pantheon - really good

Hicimos una visita mi mujer y yo. Aunque en conjunto la experiencia fue positiva, no cumplió los objetivos que habíamos imaginado. La casa de Gaudí no la pudimos visitar por estar en obras. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados y las vistas de Barcelona son magníficas. Echamos en falta algún quiosco o puesto para poder comer y beber algo mientras hacíamos un descanso. Contemplamos obras del genio Gaudí extraordinarias. A quien lea este comentario le recomiendo que visite estos jardines y que lleve zapatos cómodos.

Biglietti acquistati on line senza ritardo, non molto economici senza la guida e la visita a casa Gaudì; non molto chiaro l’ingresso essendocene molteplici e nessuna indicazione (sul biglietto) su come arrivarci a voler ben vedere..

Attenzione sito truffa mi hanno addebitato il doppio della cifra e non mi hanno mandato i biglietti

Buying tickets online was very easy to do. The only difficulty we encountered in the whole trip is the train ride going back to the city. It was very full and not enough seats to sit on. This is hard after a tiring hike around the mountain.

Ho acquistato i biglietti per una fascia oraria, alle 11 e mi hanno inviato biglietti per le 19. In più non giustificano il costo aggiuntivo della vendita, una truffa.

Bellissimo museo nella cornice della splendida Firenze.

Eu comprei entradas para Torre de Pisa para dia 5/4/2026 com horário marcado, com antecedência. Fui descontado no cartão no momento da compra e recebi apenas email informando sobre a encomenda sem nenhum ingresso.
Cobrei envio todos os dias anteriores da visita e sempre sendo informado que enviariam os ingressos.
No dia anterior à visita mandaram email informando que poderiam enviar ingressos para vista à noite de 5/4. Não aceitei.
Ainda bem que comprei outros ingresso com Get Your Guide que me enviou prontamente.
Teria perdido minha visita a Torre se dependesse daquela empresa irresponsável.
Deixo me alerta: não usem TicketGo Tourism.
Fizeram reembolso mas não valeu a preocupação em perder o ponto turistico mais importante de Pisa.

They are scammers. I thought i waw visiting the original site of Akropolis Athens as they designed like this. They charged me 38,00 euros for a ticket to Akropolis when the ticket costs 30.00. For their payment of 8 euors there was no a mention obviously. And they sent me an invalid ticket without all the information of a proper ticket. From Akropolis said me that tis ticket is not a valid ticket and they sent me the same with all the appropriate information on it. The site just kept saying that it is ok without any proof when the official ticket site of Akropolis said me that the ticket had problem to enter. And of course the denied to refund the 8 euros as a compensation for all this mess.
